Gravenberch was seen as the best midfielder on the league last season with 0 goals and 4 assists. I don't see how goals and assists is a metric at all for judging a defensive midfielder. Especially when that DM is getting more 'goal contributions' than his most highly rated peers.

They seem to be terrified to ever give red cards for elbows & punches. I kind of wonder if refs deliberately leave it to VAR and as VAR only addresses absolutely clear errors (and it's easy to justify an elbow as being an accident) that's why they're never given.
