Aint it internationals this week? So i think it'll be Arsenal next Sat and then Celta the following Thursday Nah i think there's just a friendly on Wednesday. We play Arsenal this coming Saturday and Vigo the Thursday after. Just checked.

Do we play Celta Vigo before Arsenal...? I'm just wondering when Martins will be available... If Martins and Dyer can get 30 mins each on Thursday, they should be ready for Arsenal. Like i say though, dunno when we play Vigo. :?

Would love to see Dyer and Parker in the middle. But the truth is - i've absolutely no idea what to expect from the line-up Roeder will play.

Bramble is fourth behind Taylor, Moore and Ramage. I'm sick of him being in a Newcastle shirt. He's had four season's worth of chances... Boumsong got one and we got rid. Why can't we do that with Bramble? Fuck off Shiteus.

Realistically, Moritz Volz, Sylvain Distin, Wayne Bridge £1m, £2m, £3m. Not really bothered about Volz, but i think he is a good player and is better than Carr, and a realistic option for the likes of us - he'd improve the squad. Thing is, i'd still want Taylor as my first choice right-back anyway. I'd have Taylor at right-back now. Carr is just shocking, and i've never seen Taylor perfom badly there, apart from on his full debut. Distin's a good shout. He's what we need - a leader at the back with experience, and a proven quality in this league. Signing this Navarro fella is a bad idea and he'll probably turn out to a typical foreign flop. Distin however is proven. Plus, we should get him fairly cheap because of his contract expiration in the summer. Bridge is top class. It's just a case of getting him here.
