Saved me some time that. Basically, Guidetti has the potential to become a terrific player, his attitude is spot on and from what I've seen of him (youth level and his loan spell at Brommapojkarna), he looks very good. Elmander had a good run of games earlier this season, but hasn't really set Reebok alight since signing, has he? Wikipedia says 18 goals in 90 games, hardly prolific, especially not when you consider that he's been there in the prime of his career. He's about to turn 30, and would probably cost at least three times the wages Guidetti would. No brainer, really.

Not enough stripes and it's too much black, but it's still better than this years. The long sleeved version looks a lot better as well IMO.

Way too early to tell, especially as I haven't seen him loads, but he's looked quality the few times I've seen him.

But his biggest flops? Spending almost £30m on Veron for example was a hell of a lot worse iyam.

Not really, considering Man U has conceded 3 goals in the Champions League this year. Not saying Pique isn't a fantastic player, he is one of the best CB in the world (plus he's shagging Shakira), but you can't really fault Ferguson for letting a defender go when their defence is as good as theirs is.
