We're the same with Keegan though, so we can't really have a go at them for it. By we, I mean me and cp40. Aye, but for every you and cp40, there were people on the other side of the fence to even things out, and then you had me in somewhere in the middle. With the scouse, the likes of you and cp40 would seem conservative and balanced. I've met Swedish Liverpool supporters who says things like they don't mind losing a game, because King Kenny is there. I find that sickening, and it's not made any better by the fact that I think he's no more than a decent manager with a red ugly face and that he's a whinging little twat.

You're making decent points PhilB, but there's something about Liverpool supporters talking about Dalglish that just makes me feel sick.

The away goal rule. It's shite, a goal is a goal, no matter where it's scored. Can see the point in having it in Extra Time though, to even out the advantage of the home team in the second leg playing 30 more minutes at home. The offside rule is fine as it is, iyam. Can't believe a football fan called for it to be scrapped completely. Can only assume Adam didn't think further than the wrong, narrow offsides would be the only difference, when in fact, football as we know it would be completely different. Allardyce would probably love it, mind.

That's about as bad as us offering Kinnear a new contract

'cunt' is censored. What's the point in censoring the third most used word (after mag and magedia) on the forum? Love how incredibly hostile they all are, as soon as a mag makes a post, there's always someone there telling him to fuck off

What's with the spelling of 'kernt' btw?

Haven't seen it, but my guess would be helping his old pal Nolan back into the Premier League.
-
Still way too early to sack him IMO.

"Did you know? Only Tim Krul (77.5%) has a better saves-to-shots ratio in the Premier League this season than Ruddy (75.5%)."
-
Ruiz's goal was pure class.
-
Agreed. Pilko, get off Sewelly's account.

Rooney two seasons ago was fucking incredible tbh. Carroll first half of last season
-
Evans is shit, can't believe he still gets a game for them.
-
Arsenals defence is so fucking bad.

Anyone know the words to the Balotelli song the City fans were singing after he scored?

I honestly can't remember the last time I was expecting us to win. Not even against West Ham last year when they were shite, or in the cup games against lower league opponents was I this confident of a win. I feel a bit like Tobias Funke when he's auditioning for the role of Frightened Inmate #2, when his confidence scarce him, which makes him confident again

If they were also late for training, showed bad attitude, got charged for assault etc etc then yes, I would call for them being sacked. He's had too many chances now, he can get fucked. Not that I'm saying I think we will sack him, but he's a disgrace and I don't want him at the club any more.

Not a lot of protection for that back 4

He's very two footed like, I think he's right footed, but I'm not 100 % sure.

These are proven world class players in world cup, copa americas in suarezs case and bundesliga, La Liga, Champions League in VDV's case So has Ben Arfa (Champions League, anyway). Colo has proved himself in La Liga and now the Premier League. Tiote, while having a major fault in picking too many yellow cards, is from the little more than a year we've had him, one of the best defensive midfielders in the world. He's also played in the World Cup (though honestly I haven't got a clue how well he did there). These three players are World Class IMO, they are up there with the best at what they do. After that, we've got the likes of Cabaye, Jonas (in 2011), Ba and possibly Marveux and Santon who aren't at that level, but still very good players. I'd say these compares to the likes of Bale, Defoe, Downing, Carroll, Kuyt, Arteta, Gervinho etc. What we lack is first and foremost depth. A couple of injuries to key players and we're in the shit, as well as quality in a couple of positions (mainly full back). Do I think we'll even battle for fourth? Nope. But I do think that our best players can be measured against the best players in the team that will finish fourth.

Seems we're better at getting contracts sorted when no one speaks about it in the press.
