  1. Decimal point missing there. €23.9m.
  2. Can't believe how one sided the BBC's coverage of this has been, in favour of the dippers. Bizarre.
  3. There’s been something ‘off’ about this whole deal and him in general imho. Red flag central. His Agent is clearly a cunt and he’ll be hawked somewhere else as soon as his arse hits the Man Utd training ground. Can’t help but feel we’ve probably swerved one here.
  4. I was in London last weekend and, wondering around SoHo, stumbled upon a black door with the words ‘Keith Bishop & Associates PR Agency’ and could feel my blood boil tbh. Was like ptsd kicking in .
  5. This was exactly the point I was making a couple of days ago. His Agent will be brain damage to deal with. Now and in the future. He'll be hawking him around every summer to the highest bidder and constantly trying to maneovre better terms for him.

Hopefully. Sick of him now tbh. Waste of a squad number.

Wish we'd flogged him before Longstaff tbh.
  8. Aye - I think he's genuine. Ex-Pro who doesn't need to make shit up for clicks.

You’d have been delighted with him @TeddySAFC though right?
  10. Thought he’d have got a Prem move tbh. Surprised the Mackems didn’t go for him.
  11. Yep - x2 on the ST when Isak goes. And that has to be the minimum imho.
  12. I guess, with the higher loan fee, it’s taken into account for the ‘option to buy’ price at the end of the loan. So, if we’re dropping £4m now, we might be getting a couple of that off the final fee if we activate it?
  13. Now I’ve had time to reflect on this, despite my initial reaction being one of disappointment, I actually quite like it. Makes commercial sense. Saves budget for other positions. Kicks the can down the road for the next few years until we find the next top keeper worth splashing big dollar on. Him and Pope will know each other and push each other and allows us to clear out Dubs and the Greek. It’s a yes from me this move now.
  14. He didn’t leave after the burglary. There are ‘club’ houses in the area as you say. Harvey Barnes is in one at the moment.
  15. Yes it was and he was 100% still living there right up to the end of the season. Left immediately after it ended and was away all summer. I’m pretty sure he was back before the Asia tour too but don’t know if he’s there or not now. The motor is though.
  16. Taking emotion out of it.........Isak and DCL.
  17. He doesn't own it. Was only a Tenant so the presumption is that he's put his notice in and they've relisted it a bit too sharpish. He could just be moving irrespective of the wider transfer discussions but it would be quite the coincidence. I did think the house was owned by the club, as they do own a number of properties, but apparently its Ciaran Clarks old gaff.
  18. Probably just re-used the older, original photos from when he first rented it.
  19. FWIW, I've just driven past his house and his motor is still in the drive. No sign of any removal vans
  20. Nah - they've pulled it down as you can also show 'let agreed' on Rightmove too. Peaked too soon is my guess and the Agent has been bollocked for it.
  21. No it was actually live on Rightmove this morning - I was writing a post to show it and Paully beat me to it and it was live then. Two seconds later it was gone. Was added yesterday.
  22. Agreed. I was shocked when I first realised he lived there. It's on one of the busier roads in Darras too.
