Collins suspect to screw up anything at any time. Good sub for us.
-
Yeah by putting on two regular starters?

Sucks, but Trippier slipped ffs. Let's not start the blame game, eh?

Time to get fresh legs on

Good half after the goal.

Must be horrible to play against ASM when he plays like this

Everything is good again

Already sweating profusely from his forearm. He'll last another 10 minutes and then fade out from the game.
-
Not watching the game, but would 100% support a decision to force him to play with a ball gag.

There were people on here who knew. It's definitely the type of transfers we need to be doing. Give me a relatively unknown Kvaratskhelia with bags of potential over your Lingards and Maddisons every day of the week.
-
Hopefully we can shock them with an early goal so they won't be sitting deep all game hoping to hit us on the counter.

Love watching Gnoto play. Fantasticly clever, tricky little player.

Wonder how they will manufacture a goal at the end here

That's what 400k a week gives you

Blame them for what? We didn't end up with either of them. I disagreed with them though. I thought it was a bonkers take back then as I do now. Lingard wasn't quality then, and isn't doing well at Forest now either while Johnson only had upsides. Even if Johnson didn't live up to the hype he'd be someone we could easily shift again.

There were people that preferred Jesse Lingard over Brennan Johnson in January last year because Johnson wasn't "proven".

Point still stands that we constantly had key players injured and rarely able to field our best team in that period. Could add Bernard & Speed to the list as well, although not as frequently injured as the others mentioned. Then we went on to get the likes of Kluivert, Duff, Martins, Boumsong, Luque etc who were quite often out with injuries. Thinking about it, it wasn't really until Benitez came in that injuries became less of a burden than they used to be. We always seemed to top the EPL injury table for years and years.
-
Hopefully injury proneness is something we value high when looking at players. Tierny & Jota are great players, but of little worth to us if they are available on and off for half a season due to constant niggling injuries. We've been through a phase with players like that before with Bellamy, Robert, Dyer and Woodgate. Would hate to be in the same position again where we never get continuity through a season because one or more of our key players are out due to injury.

Until TV subscriptions gets so expensive people in large numbers stop paying for them, I don't think anyone will be able to catch up with the PL.
-
Worth pointing out the age of these players and when they started getting regular opportunities in the first team or regular game time on loan in top divisions, to all those who are saying Anderson & Ashby have time on their side.
-
That's a brilliant attempt....if it was intended as an attempt at goal

Biggest rat face of the rat faces in the PL.

15,000 corners hitting the first defender and 22,500 shots killing innocent birds while making their annual trek to warmer climates says he didn't have the best left foot in history. When he hit the ball right though it was pure joy watching.
