In retrospect it was probably worth it for the record considering how things turned out later anyway but at the time it was to the detriment of our team and results.

Howe said post match he was impressed Wilson even made it onto the field due to issues during the week. Isak (hopefully) cemented the striker position as his to lose yesterday, but having a fit Wilson to put on against tired legs last 20-30 minutes of games is a real weapon.

I think it's a testament to his mentality that he continues to try even though he's messed up a few times the last two games. Much rather that he tries to overcome the issue rather than stopping and playing safer. We need a sweeper keeper in this system, not someone sat stationary on the line solely to stop shots.
