I don't agree. His passing over short and long range was (and to some extent still is) outstanding. Thing is with Lampard, at Chelsea he was always the most important player, but he was still ultimately a cog in a world class machine of players. Beckham on his best day didn't come close to how good Ronaldo was for the majority of his time at Man U. As for Lampard's inclusion, I think people are forgetting just how great he was from around 2004 - 2011. He had everything you'd want and more in a CM.
