  1. It was the best and brightest England performance at a tournament for a while. It shows how low our stock has fallen though that people are proud of it. Shouldn't forget who you were playing against. Italy have a knack of making you feel you've had the upper hand in the game but somehow lost against the run of play. But nobody feels like that. Italy were just superior in every department as a team.
  2. Sturridge. In one. It's arguable at best. Though they traditionally play in different positions and it's misleading to suggest we have more than one better than Rooney. No it isn't arguable in the slightest. Daniel Sturridge did more in one game than Wayne Rooney has in any tournament since 2004. So you're saying it is arguable. Not. You need to look up the definition of the word then, mate. What are you talking about? I said it was arguable at best that Sturridge is better than Rooney. Your position is that it 'isn't arguable', yet you think Sturridge is better. You need to look the word up.

  4. As individuals we have just as much quality as Italy and had all our players fit unlike them. Yet, as a team, they looked a level above. Anyone 'proud' of that England performance wants their stupid face slapped.

  7. Gerrard was awful, man. As he usually is against this level of opposition.
  8. Stupid playing Rooney out wide. No reason you can't have a front 4 of Barkley, Sterling, Rooney and Sturridge.
  9. As if Leighton fucking Baines is our starting LB, man.
  10. Starting him over Sterling is a bit like starting Gouffran over Ben Arfa.
  11. Will you shut up about Pirlo, Neil. All you've banged on about for the past week or so.
  12. Well, it's provably the most simple concept known to man. I do agree Welbeck shouldn't start tomorrow, mind. He's a good player but we've got much better.
  13. As if anyone couldn't fault Casillas for that first goal, man. He's in absolute no man's land. He actually takes a step back before Van Persie adjusts his body, which tells you even he knows he's in the wrong place.
  14. Casillas has already won the trophy for shittest keeping performance of the tournament. Awful.

    Football pet hates

FIFA are the absolute fucking worst.
  16. Superb isn't it. Casillas at fault for another goal on the big stage in the space of 3 weeks, mind. What? No keeper in the world would have kept that out man.. He's a tiny goalkeeper. He shouldn't be that far off his line, and any keeper will concur. 99 out of 100 forwards would have tried to control that with their chest. Coming out was the correct decision. Why, what does coming out achieve? Casillas has always been far too quick to come off his line, especially considering his size. Which is partly why Madrid dropped him. You're talking about him like he's Peter Schmeichel, man. He's not. He should be on his line.
