  1. One thing's for sure, we can't facilitate his learning curve.
  2. Aye but he's no leader Totally agree BL. He makes a colossal difference, the colossus that he is. Had we not spent money in January we'd have gone down without a whimper. Something tells me you wouldn't be running around calling him a leader then.
  3. The real Man U fans will welcome him and give him time. Who cares what the rest think? Well, the non-real fans make out for like 99,9% of their fanbase We know.

Players who suit winning games would be a start.

When did he say that? In one of the local papers. Link? couldn't have been recently - he's laid into the management and the players, especially over the clique rumours and divisions between the French and others That's exactly what I'm thinking. Stifler making stuff up, though, surely not?

At least he's speaking from the heart and actually speaking on behalf of the fans to an extent, not like that blinkered old nutcase Moncur.
  9. Yeah, that'll be exactly it. Bang on. Very astute as per.
  10. Moyes owns Mancini nearly every time they play each other, man.
  11. Different reasons for it, mind. Emre preferred sitting deep I think. Cabaye just doesn't trust Tiote to recieve the ball from the defence.

  13. Clarence Acuña was a good player. Most certainly was. You can add Scott Parker to the list too; better player than Tiote.
  14. Why? They want someone who'll stay long term and looks to build side after side. Do you think a cunt like Mourinho is the man to do that? No chance.
  15. Cabaye and Sissoko only, to be fair. The rest aren't great assets on their best day. Tiote is in his first season here was the best defensive midfielder I have seen play for us in the past decade or so. If we can get him back to that form and performing that role, he would certainly be what I consider a great asset. Tiote's isn't fit to carry Gary Speed's kitbag. If we want to achieve anything as a side we can't be carrying bad footballers just because they can tackle.

  17. I think Gouffran's a good option in that he can play 2 ways: He can play on the shoulder when we need to take risks or he can be more restrained and protect the full-back behind him with his high work rate. Unfortunately it would appear he doesn't have a lot of the qualities required to play wide in an attacking sense.
  18. He's not good enough at protecting the ball and indeed the back 4 for that role, though.
  19. What's his favourite position?
  20. Like Bobby he will have managed his last game at the age of about 71 and a half. Freaky.
  21. Horrible, pathetic little shites with dreadful, unfulfilled little lives want to see us go down. Ignore them.
  22. We were 6/1 and longer with most bookies last night, to be fair.
  23. We draw on Sunday and Wigan lose against Arsenal: lap of honour after the Arsenal game is back on.
  24. Overstatement IMO. We've been given another chance (which we probably don't deserve in all fairness) to save our bacon. We better fucking take it this time, or the scenes at SJP will be very ugly should we go down after the Arsenal game. Not if the Liverpool game is owt to go by.
