Jonas would be our best CM option by a mile right now. I'd have him back over these fucktards any day of the week. I'd happily never see Colback, Anita or Tiote in a Newcastle shirt again, throw Colo on that list as well. We need at least 6 first team players before we even think about the squad!

I do think we have to apportion some of the blame to the players and the arse about recruitment policy. But there is an air of irony that a lot of the blame is going on the players rather than the manager when we were so up in arms on here about Pardew peddling the same excuses. I do think a better manager would get something out of these lot, but that would show ambition and is probably all we need to do to get out of this malaise. Ambition is a dirty word at St James' though. These players just need purpose, direction and belief. Even some of the shittest players in the league can look like world beaters with a little confidence and some of the best in the world can look like dogshit when moral is through the floor.

We had a good week training, it was a good reaction, we're looking for a reaction at the weekend... that wasn't the reaction we were looking for, we'll be back in tomorrow for training and looking for a reaction. It's the club mantra that is destroying our players and has done for a couple of years now. Acceptance of mediocrity, hell we positively celebrate the "where we belong" way of life. You only have to see how players like Cisse, Wijnaldum et al burst onto the scene and look like real quality only to be unrecognisable further down the line. It's happening quicker and quicker too. The whole club has been "Pardewed" and the stench needs fumigation.

Unfortunately there's a number of happy clappers that have bought into the media shite that Keegan is a quitter and a failure because he didn't win anything with us. I've genuinely seen "supporters" put him down and slag him off smh.

We are creating next to nothing. Our midfield is atrocious. A solid central midfielder is what's needed above all else this January, but we'll probably get some unproven whelk to partner the mighty Colback. Until we bridge the gap to our forward players we'll not be creating anything for any striker.
