Smoke and mirrors, all we've spent is what should have been spent on previous seasons, it's been sat gathering dust while we've been flirting with relegation season after season. It's a drop in the ocean of what needs to be spent. We don't even have a PL quality starting 11, never mind a group of up and comers to put pressure on said starting 11. It's all part of the club malaise, we champion mediocrity and we reward it, we can't punish poor performance because we don't have the personnel to do so, our starting 11 is guaranteed a starting birth regardless of what they do, so why should they try? Another £50m in January would be a start.

Ashley needs to fuck off or put someone else in Charney's place that actually knows something about football. Getting rid of McClaren won't make a difference right now. However I agree, if he doesn't get what he wants in January, he'll walk.

I'm bringing back QFT for this one, we'll said.

Lost the ball twice and the score was 2-0. You decide. How can you form an opinion with that information? Lost the ball twice? So did plenty of other players, there are 11 players responsible for the score line. If we're honest, France weren't up to it today, hardly surprising really, kind of a hollow victory for England.

I don't complain about much these days tbh, there aren't that many complete and utter bellends left on here. Take that back!

Watched that video back at work today, absolutely gutting! One of THE most talented players I've seen in our colours, yeah he wasn't perfect but, Cabella, Thauvin? Not fit to lace his boots and we paid to get rid of him and another £30m trying to find him again.

Which is what a lot of these types of people said when Cabaye admitted he had suffered from depression. I'm a massive fan of his. But I did find his comments a bit strong, like. Going through hell and seeing the light and whatever else he said. It was well overboard IMO. I get he was treated badly and as a pro that likes to showcase his skills and talents. It must have been s*** for him. But having to train for a few hours a day with the stiffs. Whilst getting handsomely rewarded for it. Is a long way from what the majority of the population on planet earth, would call "hell". Definitely first world problems but that doesn't mean it can't affect him badly, people get wound up and have breakdowns over less, far be it from me to judge someone on what ails them. However, yes, he could be kicking a can around a bomb crater in some war torn country, so it could be much, much worse for him. Hey we wanted to kill actual people for having to put up with 5 minute Pardew sound bytes a couple of times a week, imagine having to put up with that every day of your working life for several hours a day, the empathy will soon come flooding backm

I've just been a little bit sick in my mouth That's nothing mate, I've been projectile vomiting since yesterday. Got sent home from work. Like some childish "talk to the hand" gesture is some kind of genius master stroke and was the reason they won? Utter dog shite to lord up that behaviour "he got one over Klopp alright! Wayhay! "

Same here but there's not a lot in it. Both are cautious, with McClaren playing slightly better football. I think they are both yesterday's men tbh, there are far brighter and younger coaches coming through. Agreed. They will both one day end up at a club and do well enough using their style and methods but if you are a so-called big club like us and wanting to progress you don't appoint a Moyes or a McClaren. Absolutely, Moyes for me has an underdog mentality, can create a decent/solid team but doesn't have a brand of exciting football. McClaren likes a team that's easier on the eyes but still is lacking in real quality. Both are good managers for lower midtable teams which, with our infastructure, we shouldn't be aspiring to.

How are we supposed to make a profit on an £8m defender though? A 28 year old one at that? Madness I tell you, will no one think of the balance sheet?!?

It would be madness to call him back to sit on our bench. He's clearly flying high right now and bringing him back will sap his confidence. Developing nicely in league 1, give him chance to progress and look at him again in a season or two.

There's been a lot of winnable games recently but with the dross around our dross dropping points we've not been cut adrift. The Bournemouth game is against a team that will be in and around the bottom 3 at seasons end so it is assuredly a must win or there will be daylight between us and safety.

Some bullshit comment about how season tickets continue to sell in high volume and SJP is full to capacity at home games so no need to worry, nothing needs to change.

Just proves what we all know about da best leeg in da world!

Straight in at number 1 Forget the last few pages of fake dollies, this is the real shit right here 10/10

Can we get a repost of the original picture with actual numbers for each girl? I fear this is the only way to come to some sort of concensus, before an all out forum war, won't someone think of the kids???

I'd say he's our best player, but our most important is Mitrovic. Without him, everything really does fall apart. Ayoze was arguably our best player last season as well, when we didn't have Mitro. Ayoze has been our best player these last two seasons but he's still not a natural goalscorer, having someone like Mitro next to him increases the effectiveness of him in the team. Without Mitro, even with Ayoze's talent we'd struggle for goals.

Amazing how a picture of a group of cheerleaders can calm any situation, even Pardew, for at least a page! Edit: aye fuck off Pardew

Has Wenger ever received a vote on here?
