I have to strongly dispute this. You can't just terminate someone who is good at their job and then prove that's legitimate at tribunal. Especially if you've offered them a new contract! AND done it to everyone else on the payroll too. Like I said earlier, I've been through this twice myself. Successfully. Once against one of the biggest North East employers who thought they could bully their staff and that nobody would dare stand up to them. You simply cannot change someone's contract without their permission. Anyway, Ashley's a cunt. Let's get back to something we all agree on! There are ways of making your position redundant and offering you the new contract under a different guise, but either way will cost them money. You are protected by law in a takeover to refuse any contract and retain your existing contract though. If there's a will there's a way and if he wanted to be a twat (he is) he could find a way. All that matters to him is money and how much he can squeeze out of any company with minimum outlay, it's an unsustainable business model and it will come down on him at some point. Ashley just needs to fuck off, he's a blight not just on NUFC but on the English high street.

If you can buy all these high street retailers with wallpaper then I'm sat on a fucking gold mine here!

Worked a treat last year tbf. Dubravka & Kenedy were great and even Slimani played a part at a crucial stage of the season. More likely to be "my mate Wise has showed me some YouTube clips I can put you on to..."

Wait what!? Fucking hell. Where to go with our fans, man. Honestly my entire row bar about 3/4 was empty at about 88 minutes. There was a break in play and everyone seemed to just leave. Really pissed me off. We've got no chance of a boycott of any kind have we? Lost cause our lot ffs

Shár up front for the rest of the season "like a new signing"

After this last week with Rio Ferdinand, Keys, Wise and now Ashley saying the deal is off (unsurprisingly) a year and 3 days since he called off the deal with Staveley I really couldn't give 2 shits, I hope there is vitriol, I hope there is trouble in the ground, I hope people start throwing their ST at him and I hope there's pitch invasions. What I expect to see is mild booing of Ayoze and Rafa, a slightly muted rendition of "Get out of our club..." and a mass exodus at around 60 minutes when we're boring everyone to death at 1-0 down. Fuck this club, fuck Ashley and fuck all his cronies in the media

I'm not a violent man but I could quite happily curb stomp the lump of lard into a paraplegic.

I really wish he would just go now and pay £6m or whatever it is to Ashley to do so? fuck that Don't think that's a thing now mate. Since when/why not? Allegedly it's only in his contract until Feb 1st

If this can't get people to change then absolutely nothing will. Support da teem

Matt Ritchie (now Technical Director at Bournemouth)
Mattoon replied to Fenham Mag's topic in Football
Not his fault he isn't up to scratch, he was bought for the Championship and did a great job, had a semi-decent season last season but should have been replaced. Like many others in the squad is being asked to do a job above his paygrade. -
As its not a race but a religion and you can be a muslim from any racial background, then I concur I think he was joking m8 ??

I'd like to read that too, sounds interesting

Look Richies had some stinkers lately, but in the unlikely event of us being awarded a penalty, he's the only one I'd trust to put it away. Plus, who else should take his place, we are down to the bare bones. Its got to be a factor for a lot of players, no rotation, no rest and no competition to push them. -

Needs replacing but that would require actual transfer funds. -
Fast turning into the chest thumping Steven Taylor this mug, biggest fall from grace I've ever witnessed. Billy big bollocks needs to rein it in.

Worth a shot against PL midfielders?

Lee Probert is a cunt with a head injury, pass it on

HBA by far closely followed by first 6 months of Cisse

Hopefully he continues these ill-fated ventures and is forced to cash in on NUFC sooner rather than later. Last roll of the dice to release some capitol that leads to his ultimate dimise would suffice. Why sell us when it’s a stable and money generating asset during uncertain times with Debenhams and HoF. My worry is that his other ventures not doing so well means he is less likely to want to sell. I’m probably missing something, like. Its not stable when he's running it into the ground and allowing for relegation every year. While he's got plenty of cash he can risk relegation every year for the money he gets when we're in the Premier League. But if he really was in a position where he was on his arse financially he wouldn't be able to afford the risk. I mean if we're really talking about him being in serious financial trouble, then yeah I think he'd cash in and get a nice £200m cash injection. 100% he'd bin us off to save his precious SD, what's the point of SD United without SD, even as a cash cow?

There would be some poetic justice in Rafa winning us the FA Cup but us being relegated as he left.

He's done us a huge favour tbh, most attention I've seen Ashley's mismanagement of NUFC get. Aye, journos, other pundits, presenters, a lot of good exposure happening. The funny thing is Ferdinand is just spouting the shit most journals outside the north east have been saying for years, but the cover is blown, finally we've got a voice outside the NE and people are starting to pay attention. The only ones that haven't got the memo are those on his payroll and the last bastion of fans that keep their fingers in their ears so as not to ruin a perfectly good Saturday away from the Mrs. If ever there was a time for the MG to step up and strike, it is now.
