How the fuck can you not know what a “bell whiff” is
-
I can absolutely guarantee you with 100% certainty that no-one on here knows the answer to that question.

I just want us to sign some £15-20m players whose clubs are willing to sell, who are young and will have resale value, who would bolster the squad in a key position, whose wages we can afford, who want to join NUFC not another club, who will fit our system, who will fit the Premier League, they don’t need a work permit and the players need to have the right mentality and personality to fit well into our squad and not be a bell whiff. That’s not too much to ask is it ? Oh, one more thing, I demand that they play well and impress me on the pitch as soon as they join otherwise I’m going to verbally abuse them loudly from the stands.

A lawyer in Newcastle who often openly shares what he claims is alleged confidential ITK info about NUFC on the Twatter and people put it in here. Not sure openly sharing alleged confidential ITK info on the Twatter is a good look for someone in the legal profession, but each to their own.

For us to sign an LB / CB there has to be a club willing to sell a player that we want to buy and who wants to join. Signing players isn’t like being Richard Gere in Pretty Woman where you throw a few dolla dolla bills about and get to do the nasty with Julia Roberts for a week.

There's only us and the Makems who break the PL rule about the away end having to be pitchside. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cg7vn57x7neo#:~:text=But the club moved the, ground via a car park. I don't see how it's that difficult to keep the away fans segregated on the way into the ground, just do what they do now but for a couple of other turnstiles rather than L7. I was flicking through the channels last night and the 5-0 Man Utd match was on, so I watched the 2nd half. The camera focused in on the back and forth between the pitch side MUFC fans and our lot and it was class. Man Utd were giving it back even though they were getting drubbed. That back & forth just doesn't happen with the current layout and really needs to change so we have our most vocal fans near the away end. And we all know the L7 Curva Nord was class at creating the back & forth with the away end, so it's been a proven success in the past.

Apart from Wolves and West Ham games their wins are all by a single goal margin. They’re doing what they’ve needed to do to accumulate points and overachieving vs expectations, but it’s by fine margins. Plus loads of late goals too. Suggests a team doing well through graft and determination, but lacking the ability to comfortably see teams off unless it’s relegation fodder. Spose it’s a decent blueprint for a newly promoted side. And it’s definitely working for them. Fucksakes, Dry Jan has made me so fucking boring. PS. Woe betide any stat nonce who starts @ing me with xG or xPts shite. There’ll be ructions.

Get in the back row and you can stand all game, which means the row in front will often stand too.

Newcastle United 3-0 PSV Eindhoven (21/01/26) | post-match from pg. 39

Anyone else who was at the match notice the loan from Sunderland who came on 2nd half, spent a bit of time at the back then moved to midfield. Lots of movement but didn't affect the game. Looked a bit lightweight. Chris Packet -

A goal isn’t gifted if it was created because of our players aggressive pursuit of the ball when it’s in possession of the opposition defence. We created both goals with our tactics and determination to put PSV under significant pressure at the back. We turned defence into attack in the same way as a counter attack does. It’s not sexy, but it’s definitely not luck that leads to us scoring those goals. -
Gallowgate West Corner. Stood up all game. Decent all night. Plenty of singing and positive encouragement. Don’t think I heard a single negative comment about any of our players. Was genuinely starting to wonder if someone (my money was on Tindall) had spiked the free pints with MDMA.

Well would you Adam & Eve it. A player actually plays better when they receive positive encouragement from their own fans. There’s a lesson in there for some of the whoppers in our crowd. Well done to everyone who got behind him tonight, he definitely fed off of the positivity.
