Class how every time they get a striker in any semblance of form for the first half of a season they're desperate to get out of there and play somewhere else Maja did it. Grabban did it. Simms did it. And Stewart is about to do it. It's almost as if Sunlin is a shithole with awful fans and players can't get away fast enough.

5.30pm kick off when we play Liverpool. Hope it's an absolute bear pit, would love to absolutely whallop the cunts.

Milton Nunez is pony

It's funny but I'd rather it wasn't these spawny Scouse cunts profiting from it.

Klopp's the biggest cunt in the Premier League bar none. Constantly whinging, bulllshitting, complaining about fixture timings or number of subs or something or other. He fits perfectly in with his club and their nauseating "always the victims" mentality. Not sure I've ever wanted a manager and a club to get beat every single week as much as this, even when Fergie & Man U were at their insufferable stoppage time winning best.

Steve Bruce Roadshow: Dates in Hexham and Blackpool announced.

I see he's now 2nd favourite with the bookies at 5/1 -
I reckon 2-0 win in similar vein to the Forest game on the opening day, complete and utter control for the entire 90.

That City goal was coming like. Crap time for Leeds to concede.

Grealish fuck me.

Howe's talked a lot about getting the average age of the squad down so I'd be surprised to see a 31-year old pitch up. That said, if we're shedding Shelvey, Dummett, Ritchie & Gillespie in the next 6 months he might want to add one more experienced head, two or three younger ones and he's still then got the average down. Jorginho though, personally I don't see it. Our midfield are high-energy and he's very much a "metronome" player.

I don't mean to be too much of a dick by saying this but they must have had to trawl for fucking hours to find footage of Shay saving a pen for us he probably faced about 6-10 a season and I can only remember the Nolan one in the video and a one away at Villa under Roeder.

Totally understood why Given wanted out after that Liverpool game & then I recall his final appearance away at Blackburn he spent the dying minutes breaking up a fight between Enrique and Barton. No wonder he reached the point of no return as we were an absolute bloody cowboy outfit.

Most reliable pen taker we've had since Shola is Wood. (although I don't believe Wilson has missed one either?) He did alright-to-decent again generally but he's basically a guaranteed no to score from open play and we could really do with reinforcing the front line in January. Not necessarily another Isak mega buy, but an option of a youngun, an Ekitike or cheaper equivalent would be nice.

What a minute that was for you @jack j well done. Must be about the fourth or fifth time this season I've won on Kane anytime header. I had £20 on Paisley Park too with the Sky money back offer so it's a belting start to the day!
-
Big day today. Mainly keeping powder dry for 3s and lates but small stakes on the following: Kane to score a header 9/1 Mbuembo 2+ SOT & Kane assist 18/1 Tanganga & Roerslav cards, Toney & Kane score 180/1 Over 1.5 corners in first 10 mins of Spurs and Sunderland games 12/1

If you scroll through Undr the Cosh's back catalogue, the ones with John Beresford, Alan Thompson and Steve Howey are well worth a listen. Some class stories about the Keegan era as well as their general careers, all very good story tellers. Steve Watson did one too although I think it was one of their Patreon paid subscription ones & Trippier was on recently although given he's still active his is quite tame and feels very "media managed". Andy Woodman part 2 also has some interesting stuff on the Pardew era, although I'd recommend both parts anyway as Woody is very funny. Andy Griffin has one on there too but as it's the second or third pod they ever made it isn't quite as good as the other ones. There's one or two other ex-Toon players who've been on although they skim over their time here a bit - Marlon Harewood and Bradley Orr spring to mind.

Given will always be a club legend and as said above, best shot stopper we've seen and had that ability to pull a save out of nowhere that you didn't expect. Then again, I have lots of memories of him waving at 30-yarders flying past his hand and whilst I think some exaggerate it a bit, he wasn't always great at coming off his line. Shit at kicking too but you can say that about virtually every keeper we've had in my lifetime. Pope seems like the complete package. He's also playing behind a way better defence than Given ever did and that's worth noting; you could say it gave Shay many opportunities to show how good he was because of the divvies in front of him, or that Pope has less to do and therefore looks solid as the defence do more work for him. I think if Pope plays another 2 or 3 seasons for us after this one he may well be remembered in a similar light as Shay not for longevity but for his sheer quality.

He probably went and swapped the labels on his and Paul Ince's pressies after reading that. -
Good win for them last night, but then again they were playing a managerless side from League 1 who've barely won a game all season. I think this will be tight but I don't think we lose it. 1-1 or 1-2.

Who the fuck was that clown tonight? Had the feeling of being back in the Championship with the lack of VAR and refusal to give the big calls our way.
-
That'll do nicely.
-
Schar injured for 2 mins and probably a minute of general stoppages = 0 mins added on Few subs and a goal and very little else = 5 mins How on earth do they get away with this shit ffs
-
It's like being back in the Championship with these refs tonight. Fucking blind useless cunts all round.

This goes to pens like.
