    Woo! Ramage to QPR

If this is the case, good luck and goodbye to a dedicated, if limited professional.
  2. In terms of what these players delivered on the pitch: Shearer by a mile. In terms of what these players did for team morale and in the dressing room: Kilcline.
  3. That free kick against the people from up the road? Is that why Luque never got any stick? [/sarcasm] Luque's goal didn't win the game, did it?
  4. That free kick against the people from up the road?
  5. I'd rather we won this game 1-0 than say, 4-2. A clean sheet will instill confidence in our back four again, which is what they need. Every time the ball comes near the 18 yard box, its like watching a bunch of kids trying to hack away a penny floater on a windy day.
  6. Oba Martins may be scary, but when he holds me in his arms, I feel safe...
  7. Play Scholes every home game, he guarantees you goals Certainly if he's playing at our home ground anyway.

    Who HAS TO go?

Which knobhead voted for Tim Krul? There's no way that a young lad who has had a successful loan spell and made an outstanding debut should leave the club ahead of Carr, Smith, Ramage, Ameobi et al. Baffling.
  9. Pattison was useful, to an extent. That is, the sight of his gormless ginger shape sat on the bench was a useful reminder of how shockingly thin we were in midfield. Bringing Pattison on however seriously fattened that midfield up.
  10. yes if they think like this they start Keller brilliant thought it was Hey, Hodgson dropped Niemi for Keller recently. Niemi is 'out of favour' despite several quite brilliant displays. I'm not complaing myself, however.

    The Spark

Hell yeah. Thing is, if we scored first against Brum we'd have been gutted, but we showed great spirit and a much better style of play in the second half - showing fight that we didn't think we had in us. So aye, bring on Fulham... not a guaranteed win but couldn't pick a much better fixture at this point. 1st time in a long time i'm looking forward to a game. me too! and it's on the telly here in the USA! huzzah! Fulham are playing live at St. James Park... The All-American Rejects

Hey, if Fulham were a band they'd be the All-American Rejects No wonder it's on in the USA!
  13. I hope that Fulham play Keller in nets, he's much more liable to make mistakes than Niemi is.
  14. If it gives him a Michael Owen of an injury, go for it
  15. Yeah, remember people saying that before Derby away. Hope your right though. If we get one early, it may definatley be the case.
  16. The only players in Fulham's team that offer any remote threat to Harper's goal are McBride, Bullard and Johnson. Keep those three quiet and we should be able to grind out a win here, no problem. Faye needs to play despite his shocker on Monday night - McBride is a big lad who doesn't take any prisoners in the air.

    Oba...Obafem

What did he actually do that was so great? Hit a shot that Owen scored the rebound from, had another shot that was tipped wide? Nothing else stands out really. I don't think anyone was that great quality wise, they just showed a bit more effort and passion than usual. He had Jaidi on his arse on several occasions, he ran him ragged during the game. He broke with pace and control, and generally looked a bit better in every department.
  18. Yeah, I was at the aforementioned Birmingham (h) game, and the crowd's relief when the goal went in was plain for all to see. We were on a bit of a bad run at the time and we played a bit crap on the day, remember Pandiani hitting the bar and us looking shaky as usual, but Emre was class that game, he managed to be a creative midfielder and an engine at the same time. He's like Viduka: Keep him fit and he is very good. Don't keep him fit, he is a waste of space.

    Oba...Obafem

Someone on the True Faith website said in their summary of the match that they thought Martins was anonymous in the first half and poor in the second. What game was he watching?
  20. He can't be any worse than N'Zogbia or Geremi, that's for sure.
  21. Turning a corner? Wish Geremi could turn a corner... past the first man that is
