If we could fit him into a midfield packed with Tiote, Cabaye and Ben Arfa then I'd be very pleased with that.
-
Tonight seriously was a performance that was from the dark days of Souness/Roeder/Allardyce. The baffling substitutions/far too late calls were reminiscent of that. Really, really pissed off.
-
Did very well when came on. But was completely wasted for the majority of his time on the pitch as we proceeded to hoof the ball to Shola or Ba, as Foster happily gobbled up everything. Absolute disgrace of a performance (team wise).
-
Jonas looked slow and lethargic. The whole team has a serious lack of urgency about them. Without Ba we would be left completely without a hope of scoring.

Not in the fucking mood for this like

What a load of fucking bollocks!! FUCK OFF!! Taylor and Cabaye or no Taylor and Cabaye, what the fuck was that? Jesus christ
-
Completely overrun in midfield.
-
Serious lack of ideas on our behalf.

That's absolutely sickening money he's pocketed. And for what? Footballers (at the highest level) don't have to do shit these days and their pretty much set for life. Ridiculous.

For the weekend, thinking of a 10er on Charlton, Benfica, Southend, Juve, Spurs, Chelsea and AC Milan. Returns £85ish. Tempting...

Tiote?
-
Opens his front door and sees Brucie standing there with a Greggs bag in his hand.

Just for an assignment I'm doing for college, could anyone tell me if UEFA are recognised as a profit or non-profit organisation?

Aye they'll improve of course, but as long as we look after ourselves and keep our players fit they won't trouble us. No doubt when it comes to derby day next they'll be mouthing to us bigger than ever about how they'll turn us over and thrash us 2-1 etc. The usual guff. Aside from the derby fixtures each season they cause us absolutely no trouble, the same for practically every other team in the league when it comes to Sunderland. If they played a remotely decent side today, or at least one with any ambition or dignity they would have lost without a shadow of a doubt.

Sounds like a cologne! 'Bramble: A touch of rape'

See that banner a couple of their fans were holding up? Read: "Our season starts here" and in the top corner of it "F.T.M"

Newcastle United Vs Swansea - 17/12/11 - Pre Match Thread

That is correct young man However I was more pointing out that we should just be focusing on getting a win here than expecting to absolutely pummel them. Potentially an incredibly mind-numbing debate, this- think I'll leave -
That's what I thought whilst watching their game today. Pathetic. Remember seeing the same happen with Wigan when they went back down, happens with all all of them.

I'd be more focused on improving our points tally. -
What a fucking load of shit. Centre backs or not, fuck off with that.
-
They'll draw against Blackburn. Take the lead and then concede a late sucker-punch equaliser.

I'd say Atlético de Madrid, it ticks all boxes until your current times: similar size of stadium and fans reputed for passion/high expectations, perennial underachievers, mental ownership, always assemble good squads on paper that flatter to deceive... they probably lack the regional pride bit. Yeah, now you say it...
