  1. They're a bit of a myth these days, very much like Arsenal were in Wenger's final years. Big club, yes. Title contenders, absolutely not. I bet it absolutely kills a lot of them when they reflect on where they once were. I don't think I will ever become tired of seeing them bastards whinge.
  2. Could be an age thing. Anyone who didn't experience the 90's may think our hatred of the red clubs is a bit weird.

And if you believe that you need to book an appointment with your GP as soon as possible.
  4. Havertz is a grade A cunt, the way he's acted against us several times and the way he went on after he won the CL, swearing on a live interview. He's perfect for Arteta and Arsenal. I did used to think they were okay, back in the Wenger days, but then Arsenal fan TV became a thing and that coked up baldy started appearing everywhere. I genuinely couldn't give a toss about any other club other than Newcastle, I hope they all fold.
  5. Why's McTominay leaving? I thought he was good.

Apparently Tindall is taking the team on Saturday, Eddie has somewhere else to be. Makes you think.
  7. I neither enjoy or dislike them these days. Happy to wait until it's closed before making any judgement. Given the transfers we've made out of the blue over the last few years I just don't think it's worth worrying about every day. Plus I'm firmly #TeamMitchell, he knows what he's doing, as does Eddie, Nickson etc. If we don't sign anyone it definitely no longer feels like we haven't even tried, and we all know that all we ever wanted was a club that tries.... right?
  8. It was quite a surprise that he dropped into L2 at the time though, wasn't it? Literally one level above Gateshead, I don't think it'll do him any good whatsoever, rather he stayed and trained with our team tbh.
  9. There's a reason why he was rarely (if ever) linked with a move away from Newcastle.
  10. Yeah, the John Sitton approach in 2024 is a bold choice. Players will eventually down tools with zero consequence.
  11. Or Cacapa v Portsmouth. You've never seen a player so 'finished'
  12. Yanga Mbiwa v Everton at SJP. We lost 2-0, Barkley scored a great goal, just ran through us. Yanga Mbiwa couldn't even judge the flight of the ball that night, he was absolutely horrific, the freak.
  13. He did well to take that extra touch rather than just hit it first time
