It wasn’t a reference to the discussion, was a reference to Mr. Snrub. Unless my memory is fucked, there was a poster on here called ‘Messi’ who did a bet and said they’d drink their own piss if they lost. They didn’t drink their own piss and their name was changed to ‘Pissi’. Then, I’m sure they changed their name to Mr. Snrub, but I could be wrong

Nah, completely disagree. We’ve just made champions league with a paper thin squad, following a year where we were favourites to be relegated for 90% of the season. Whether I like our owners or not, they have bought us with the intention of being one of the world’s biggest clubs and will back us financially until we get there. We have an incredible manager and will strengthen our squad this summer. Our transfer policy and approach is very good. Yes, we’ll take a hit in the league this coming season as we deal with more games and travel by being in the champions league but this is not a one-off. We’re significantly ahead of schedule and it’s good that other teams are strengthening. I don’t want a shit league where we run it over in a few years time just because we’ve bought our way there

Hope we go for Szbozo over Maddison. If Maddison does go to Spurs it’ll say a lot about what he wants out of his football career though

What the fuck?

I actually thought Donny looked like a really good footballer a couple of seasons back. Couldn’t figure out why he wasn’t given more opportunities at Man U but I wouldn’t go anywhere near him right now. Eddie is a master of bringing out the best in people and developing them but we shouldn’t be looking to go with work-in-progress / failed potential players unless there’s a strong case for it and with Donny there’s no case whatsoever
