Probably the player I dislike most in the league after Suarez. He's a complete w***** Should hear what he says about you. Never understand that response

Couldn't applaud anything that day and certainly wouldn't applaud someone like Gerrard in that mood. Felt absolutely sick, was just shaking my head for the whole game thinking 'this is the most embarrassing, gutless, pathetically disorganised shambles I've seen in years'. One of the worst moments for me supporting the club

Looking forward to Dalglish showing himself up for being a scum merchant on the sidelines whilst Pardew just does his smug grin. If we do beat them, Dalglish is going to feel some serious pressure
-
Hmm, seems a bit suspect that he'd disclose the release clause in a talk-in. The other stuff is all pretty standard but if it is true then I like what he has had to say. The whole thing about commitment to the club is absolutely essential and you can see that in the way the team plays for each other. You look at some other clubs, Aston Villa for example and there's no team spirit getting them the results they need. The thing about Carroll, if that is true, then Carroll just nailed himself anally.

I think down the line there's a very small chance of getting past him. However, it's the players who cut inside from the flank that cause more problems for him i've found. I think Adam Johnson did that and scored from it iirc. Only thing Adam Johnson does ffs. Hate players that only do one thing that they're good at, and then are s*** at everything else. :mcclean: His left foot is fantastic at striking the ball. He's one of the most accurate strikers of the ball within twenty yards of space. bit harsh to make out like he's got hardly any game, he's also got pace, decent feet and can cross ok

I am sorry, i wasn't aware that i was looking to hammer anyone. Why are you making such bold generalisations about anyone who doubts his ability? Surely we could not have a differing opinion regarding his ability to yours. No of course not! We just want a scapegoat for our Newcastle related footballing frustrations. How silly of me. Ronaldo has his favourites that he doesn't enjoy seeing abused and then he alternately has his band of villains that he makes sure get a fair amount of abuse. It doesn't always make sense but there it is

Pardew really rates Enrique, would not be at all surprised to see Hatem moving over to the left a lot and just cutting them to pieces there instead. Hero
-
His me against everyone mentality should get him the next Liverpool job when Dalglish goes back to Goblinland. Hope West Ham stay in the championship forevermore
-
They're all pretty straightforward. Especially if someone fills you in on the name of the character. Some of them just get funnier and funnier the more situations they're used in. If no one had mentioned the troll face but I'd seen it in the crowd against Liverpool, I definitely would laugh
-
Liverpool could beat us 10-0 and we've still proved him wrong. Aye, but it's still a cheap shot. Would prefer to just get a result and as Jose Enrique puts his head down to walk off we just look down on him in silence

Agreed in regards to how far we've come. Before the season began, I thought we had the players to do well, much better than most predicted but I would never have guessed we could be here at this stage. I can only see us progressing at the moment because all the right signs are there, we just need to finish the season positively to send out a message to our players and anyone potentially joining in the summer. And in regards to bottledog, HTT only feels that way because of a conviction that Ashley/Pardew can't bring us success. If they do bring us success, then he can't be anything other than happy about where the club is, he's only out for the club's best interests as he sees them

About 4 actually, maybe 3 now as Deadmau seems to have died off, or at least gone back to where he came from after the weekend. FWIW I think Pardew should be given the freedom of the city for what he's done during the last 15 months or so. The main vocal detractors were HTT, Wullie, Mick, Tron, HawK, myself and a few others. Most weren't saying they wanted him out but that he needed to show signs that he could change the way we were playing as for three-four months we'd been progessively playing worse football. I don't think it's unreasonable that many were asking for changes to this and saying that if we didn't see improvements by Christmas then we'd have a case for looking for someone who could better utilise the players. WBA was a massive improvement and has renewed some of my faith in him. I think many were frustrated by the fact that what he was saying in the press didn't match up to what was happening on the pitch and felt short-sold. More of the WBA stuff and you won't find anyone complaining, HTT included

This would be the most gutting for Enrique and Carroll, not the booing but the realisation that they left just as we were getting our shit together. I wouldn't boo either.
-
Actually have a real soft spot for the lad. He's got his head down and just got on with his game recently. He's done the odd wild challenge still but timed them perfectly. I still think he'll pick up too many bookings but his timing of challenges against WBA was outstanding. Much prefer him in the back four based on his last few contributions than Raylor ever and Simpson a fair amount of the time
-
Agreed, I'm a very average footballer but in the space of a few weeks I managed to get my left from not being able to do anything at all, to ok long range passes, accurate shooting, ok touch and poor dribbling.it's still shoddy but if I worked on it each day, It would improve a load more
-
I just absolutely fucking love him. Whenever he's on the ball, doesn't matter where on the pitch, I get excited. He can push us on as a team more than anyone else in my opinion because he does so much to impact the way we play and use the ball.
-
This gimp is almost as deluded and out of touch as his buddy KKK. what a pack of charlatans
-
Very Well done for WBA. I have been one of his vocal detractors since November, principally because of how the players were being used and certain selections of his. This was a much more positive, much more expressive way to play and it played to our strengths. Keep it up Pards, everyone wants us to succeed and most people want to succeed with you here. Just keep it positive and on the ground
-
You're managed by Kenny Dogleash. That's what it's all about, sunshine. I just can't wait until it sinks in properly. They have KKK, the drunk, senile monster who seems constantly on the verge of mental collapse and yet he's still getting massive backing. It's going to be crushing for KKK when he has to step down and look back at his ruined legacy. I for one will take a cruel enjoyment in seeing him fail
-
He's not a PL manager in terms of selections and rating players
-
Pavement - doesn't get any better than that
-
It makes for poor reading, the third quote about us being fickle. I think there are a lot of very rational people on here at least and people who know and understand football really well but I think most of us do single out players and attack them a bit much. In terms of deserving anything, we don't deserve success more than any other club but if we got it, it would be incredible for the city and I think we'd celebrate it more than a lot of other clubs.
-
what? what do you class as an average manager then? MON is just an Irish KK. Above average motivator, lacking in the other skills needed to be a decent manager. This. However you feel about KK walking away for a second time, he is a lot more than a decent manager. If you think playing some of the best and most exciting football the PL has seen makes him just decent then you're wrong. He created fluid football, gave players confidence to do what they wanted to do and played people in their best roles. I don't wish to bring up another KK debate but I'm not going to stand for anyone calling him just a decent manager.
