Reckon Sherwood will stick with Villa if they go down? On a side note, we could use a Villa thread in honour of brummie.

Fat Sam out of contract at the end of the season

Wouldn't be complaining if it was called oeufsidè.

24.9m in 2001 is about 36m today

Well exactly. How does this: http://www.themag.co.uk/assets/Newcastle-United-Ticket-Prices-Under-Mike-Ashley-NUFC.png translate to: Only 2 seasons out of 6 (one post-relegation) where it hasn't gone down. Edit: As an aside, I'm dubious about the average attendance figure for 2013 considering there were 7 Europa league games which were typically getting 30k crowds. The average. Shepherd £1.18m, Ashley £1.20m Do these figures stack up when adjusted for inflation?

I'm pretty sure the most gay man in the world could cultivate a crush on me. Think you're wrong there mate.
-
Jesus - you're weirdly obsessed with Colo - why on earth mention him here? Odd! Well he was given a 6 by by the poster in question despite being utterly s*** and partly at fault for the goal. It's more weird that you continue to defend him. Uncal Ronny has a secret man crush on Colo. I don't think the most gay bloke on the planet could cultivate a man crush for that. Did you just out yourself in the third person?

Yet 50k mugs still turn accept the s***. I walked past everyone going in/coming out and thought I would miss going but I just look at them and think you deserve everything you get. Mate u can f*** off calling me a mug. And my brother. You and your brother are Mug's and just stupid...let you decide. s*** cos your brother is a canny kid like but just got caught up with the wrong crowd. So everyone on here with a ST is a mug? All the posters who go to games are mugs too? Not sure why you are asking the question. It is obvious everyone who pays for ticket is a mug and not only that hurting this clubs. Only people who are not mugs are people who buy a ticket and protest and the disabled but only ones with brain related issues. If you can't walk then that is no excuse! All you do is hurt our club by going there. You know the "lads" don't give a fuck about you no one related to NUFC does. We are a business now that’s it. Would you support BT or British gas no matter what? If your bother said “here man been with BT all my life lyke m8. Its alreet are phone line is shit man got to support the lads" you would call him a mug. Can't believe I have to explain this to people’s brothers! I know the truth hurt and no one wants to think they are stupid or have been taking advantage of. But Mike could come on the half way line take a shit call everyone’s brother a mug and people would still go back and clap each week. Well I would respectfully disagree. No matter what Sky have told you there is an emotional investment in your football team and that extends from pride in your city through to familial relationships. In that way it is very different from BT or British Gas. Now you can hold an opinion about the effect the continuing good attendances are having on our current fortunes but it's just your opinion. People certainly aren't 'mugs' for placing a higher value on the reason they attend than your opinion on what they should do.
-
Agree to a point Hans but equally, despite the incumbent administration, it's still our club and whether the owners and players give a shit or not it still means something to people. I don't think it's right to insult people who are willing to continue attending, be it for the matchday rituals, tradition, because it's what they've always done or just because they fancy it.

Adjusted for inflation that becomes?

He gets far more abuse than most due to being an Ameobi. I thought it was because he's English. Or forren. Hard to keep up with the spurious reasons we don't like shit players tbh.

'With us' is stretching it
-
Tiote does it every fucking game though. He's been a liability for about 2 years whereas Abeid hasn't had a chance to really foment the hatred yet.
-
I'd rather play one of the kids than Obertan.
-
Haidara declares himself fit so let's play Ryan Taylor at left back. Chronicle on form again Oh, and 0-14.

This is just a joke. You can't run a professional football club like this. I hope they allow the new manager () to get rid of these muppets and have a root and branch reform of the backroom because we're never going to get anywhere like this.
-
Aye, stick Obertan in defence and Anita in goal and I reckon you're onto a winner there. Alright smart arse, give yourself a clap. Bit late, already got it off your mum.

Yeah, can see that. Good things like that happen to us all the time.

I'll preface this by saying i'm over the moon that Pardew has finally gone and this is in no way an endorsement of his shithouse tactics and horrible football but.... I didn't think it was possible for us to look like we had even less of an idea of what we were supposed to be doing on a football pitch than when he was here but our brave crumpled faced necromancer has somehow achieved it. Especially in the last 3 games we've gone out looking like 11 lads plucked from the street, given boots and kit and told to get on with it. No shape, no plan, no organisation or movement. I don't know what they're doing in training but none of our players seem to have any idea of where on the pitch they're supposed to be in any given phase of play, it's like a pick up game on the street. Positional discipline is non existent (see Colo charging forward on the counter yesterday ending up at the edge of the Villa box), players are just roaming around the pitch depriving us of width and options and meaning that when the opposition get the ball they have massive spaces to exploit. I've honestly never seen a professional, elite level football team play in such an amateur and haphazard way. It's like a sunday league team's idea of 'Total Football'.

Gouffran or Obertan. Not a great choice either way is it?

Thank god it's over.
