  1. Link further down that twitter post suggest its currently for sale for £2.75m Wonder its a former player, or the club just has access to some high end (vacant) properties at short notice, for short terms? EDIT: As above
  2. This happened a week or so ago, the day before that newspaper article saying Amanda Staveley was being sued for £35m. Wondered at the time if the two things were linked at all, but... who knaars?!
  3. Not sure TBH, have rechecked the order and it doesn't say. Either way, not too fussed for £11, and after checking a page or two back, the badge looks the same as the one @STM received. This one was sized at (Asian) 4XL, and it fits like the genuine Castore 2XL.
  4. My DHGate special has just arrived. I'll get it unbagged, have deeks, and then hoy some pictures up. EDIT: Well, erm, generally ok, except for the badge. Is anyone elses iron-on badge got like a reflective background? It also has a rubbery/vinyl feel to it. Last seasons DHGate spesh one was just plain white background. https://imgur.com/a/BvE5CwU Also, the Castore logo also has a 'rubbery' vinyl texture to it, not stitched in. The sela logo is typical smooth plastic iron-on, I guess much like the real thing. Anyway, it'll do for wearing in the house to watch the match, I suppose.
  5. ^ This, I suspect. Last season, Callum was being intereviewed post match back end of the season, and the centre stripe wasn't centred and it was so jarring once you saw it. I just thought, christ, they cant even get the quality control on the players shirts right!
  6. Just checked the status of my DHGate special, and it says its been shipped too, but with an estimated delivery date of August 22nd. Hopefully it might get here bit sharper, tho.
  7. From that Twitter post earlier, someone has put the DHGate special next to a genuine womens shirt (which may account for difference in Sela logo size)...
  8. Man U fans calling out the Glazers at the club shop....
  9. That article talks of the threat of Bankruptcy, and yesterday PCP changed its name on companies house? Linked? Also, the loan seems to be from 2008 when she worked on the Barclays thing, that she then lost the damages case for. Maybe she intended to pay it off if she won that, but then, didn't. But hopefully a storm in a teacup, and as said above, this can go away for her in one form or other.
  10. Yeah, watched that FourFourTwo video this morning, which seemed to suggest a circa £75m spend as it stands, rising to £100m (ish) if we can sell someone (ASM being mentioned as current most saleable asset). If we are spending £60m or so on Tonali, then without offloading, it doesn't marry up with rumours of us looking at other like Chiesa or Hernadez at Juve and AC respectively, or even Szoboszlai or a cut price Maddison. I guess if decent offers come in, we'd likely listen for the likes of Miggy too, though. EH did allude (back end of last season) that we might need to understand, some favourites might need to leave the club too.
  11. Yeah, saw/heard that, and they were linking it to FFP, saying with the Tonali bid, we coudln;t now buy Maddison at his current price due to FFP, unless Leicester reduce their asking price or we manage to sell a couple of players. I dont claim to understand all the FFP ins/outs, but is it really that close, or could we buy/spend what we want, but arrange the contacts (longer terms) in a way to minimise the effect, much like Chel$ea have?

    Plane spotting

This plane has just taken off then... on its way to Liepzig via London. EDIT: Not actually taken off yet (10:30 ish now). Must be having to top up the fuel due to the weight/amount of money on board.

    England

Perfect chance to give some squad member a decent run out against arguably weak opposition, at home, see what they can do... 'Kin Southgate.
  17. Saw a tweet earlier (unknown 'sauce') suggesting that Castore had admitted underestimating demand for the new shirts, and there were delays on orders, with the club demanding talks with them about it. Then just seen this, so its probably true...
  18. Castore, man... 'Piss up & Brewery' spring to mind
  19. That Southampton shirt looks like a throwback to their late 80's kit
  20. Have to say, I did order one (£11 delivered, can't justify £70 for a footy top). Said delivery would be back end August/Early September, so guessing whislt they had them listed, they needed time to get the real thing in hand, to be able to copy it. The DHGate home shirt I bought last season was great in fairness, with its slight differences only noticeable when it was held next to a genuine one (bought for £20 last month).

    England

Yeah, I dont understand why in a match like this, especially when 3-0 up, Southgate doesn't make more/earlier subs. Mondays match against North Macedonia, I bet he starts with his usual favoured players too (Kane, Maguire, etc), when he should make decent changes and give others a chance, in a match that *should* be a guaranteed win.

    England

    Wilson coming on
  23. TK-421

    Joe Willock

    Willockinho and Ronaldinho.

    England

3-0 up, game pretty much over and the only sub is an enforced one, with Foden coming on for Saka. Why not give Callum a half, and rest golden boy Kane?? 'kin Southgate!
