Yeah the defensive midfielders is a bit naff as they dont offer much going forward, and when they do, they get in the way of the forwards, as said above. Maybe the answer is the Pirlo type of defensive playmaker, someone who only sits deep and looks to 'assist the assist'. Still trying to get my head round this corporate sole stuff. The corporate sole gives a single person the same legal rights as a company but with no partners, no board of directors or stockholders and essentially reduces what might be a large unwieldy company, to a single office and a single person. The person appears to be Prince Turki bin Abdullah Al Saud. So assuming this is connected to the takeover, and if I've understood correctly, PIF would no longer be the subject of an ODT but the person would be. However, Prince Turki bin Abdullah Al Saud was detained on corruption charges by MBS and is reported to still be in captivity. So in all likelihood, he wouldnt pass the ODT and therefore, this coporation sole shite must be unrelated. Hopefully this will still make sense in the morning

However, its interesting that Yasir Othman ALRUMAYYAN is the director of 2 holding companies, both of which are owned by PIF as 'persons with significant control'. If PIF are getting into motor sport, as commented on a good few pages back, why do they need TWO holding companies? Is it for a 2nd acquisition, possibly in another sport?

Someone with a bit more knowledge of corporate structure might be able shed more light but obviously PIF restructuring their companies means nothing in and of itself, however... It does appear to clarify a legal separation beween the company (controlled by separate directors) and PIF (Alledgedly/probably controlled by the Royal Family).

By the way - Its quite common for there to be a delay in documents being prepared and the posting and updating within companies house. So......adding 2 and 2 and possibly getting 5.... Arbitration is adjourned pending the restructure of PIF's UK companies... The structure of PIF's UK companies is a known stumbling block as to the separation of PIF from the Saudi Royal Family.... If the structure is revised to the satisfaction of all concerned.... Cans all round?
