I'll never forget during a Man United FA Cup match when the camera panned to the opposition fans at nil nil and he patronisingly said something along the lines of "Go on, I dare you, I dare you to tell them not to dream" like he was talking to us about a Make a Wish child. It would have been insufferable but fair enough if it was Blyth Spartans but he was talking about Leeds fans. That was when I first noticed what an absolute arse he is.

Once again posting to remind everyone that spending x on a relegation threatened team that hasn't been invested in for the best part of 14 years isn't remotely the same as spending x on an already European/Title chasing team that had over a billion net spent on it in the same time period.

Can't say I noticed him being class mind. Do sometimes wonder whether we see players through the lens of what we know players are capable of more than on a standard scale though. For Tino, if he consistently gets to the level of PSG away, Man City and Man United in the cup last season he'll probably be the best full back in the world. By comparison, today he was decent.

Funny thing about Maddison from my very specific POV is that he looks exactly like my 6 year old niece. Probably the same amount of strength as well.

You really can't fault him like. He doesn't have the attributes to get us playing how we want to, but within each game he really rarely puts a foot wrong and comes in and does it with absolutely no fuss or attention. I get the feeling that he's a very intelligent player and knows what his limitations are so doesn't put himself in positions where he might be exposed, it's just a shame that because of that we have to all sit deeper.

I really hope the club still knows what a special manager we have and how much we love him. He's the absolute boy

We absolutely cannot afford to lose Tripps like, it's bad enough as it is in other areas without losing any right back, let alone one of his quality, and a huge leader for us.
