  1. 12,463 (kin hell!) ahead of me.
  2. Anyone in the queue for Forest tickets? I’ve gone in via membership link—nothing showing specifically for Forest tickets. Is that right?
  3. Just got tickets for the family for Switzerland vs Netherlands on Sunday at Bramhall Lane. One of lads football daft and one of girls just starting playing for school. Hopefuly be a nice event for all and inspiring for the girls.
  4. Looks canny, even if it bears little resemblance to your eventual starting team! Seems a fair bit of overlap between the players we all fancy to have a good season/be good value. Wonder how true it is in general/nationally?
  5. Errrr, I obviously did. Glad to hear you rate him, if he’s a genuine possibility.
  6. Etikite has played two thirds of a season in the first team. Has half a dozen unremarkable under 20 caps. PSG obviously see something in him, as did our team, but he’s a long way from the finished article. It must feel great, for him, to be wanted by PSG, but can’t help thinking he might have developed quicker/built a more solid foundation if he had come somewhere like us. With more playing time and reliance upon him. Though maybe he’ll go to PSG and be straight out on loan.
  7. All I’ve seen of Kalimuendo is a highlight reel. So apologies if it wasn’t representative. Have to say though, development potential acknowledged, I wasn’t impressed. Seemed decidedly average at everything. Scrappy goals, imbalanced dribbling, iffy touch… not the kind of selection of best contributions to games which would give confidence that the usual contribution to games is going to be PL standard.
  8. Shame they don’t (…have a large Championship contingent in their squad.)
  9. Guilty as charged, M’lud. (Feel slightly ashamed…).
  10. Last quarter of career, no doubt markedly improved finances, looks like he backs himself, I reckon he’d come and compete.
  11. Kalimuendo would be more Etikite replacement, de Tomas finished article though more ‘high-level’ journeyman for now than marquee
  12. Today’s rumblings added…
  13. Just looking at the squad in Austria, with two strikers, there is no way we are not signing a striker. Wide right seems more possible than definite to me, in that we have cover. Central midfield is again seen as desirable rather than essential. I assume that as actual availability and cost becomes clear, including loan options as sides decide they are happy to release, it will take shape. We need to add into that who we can sell/send on loan; including perhaps one or two who are in the first team squad. I think we will definitely get a striker, we are likely to get a wide player, and may possibly pick up a central midfielder. I’m sure they know what they want and just hope the opportunities arise.
  14. Hope so, genuinely excited to get back into the ground for a game. Even booked a roof top tour for next weekend, when back home.
  15. First test of Membership tomorrow morning! Good luck for all trying for Forest game ?

  17. Totally agree. Plus for Man City, their wild card is Julian Alvarez. If he hits the ground running he will be the new Sterling and a much more ruthless version.
  18. ? Haven’t played this for years, but like that you can change your team without using transfers before the season. Hoping to feel gutted that I can only have three Newcastle players!
  19. Yep, me too. Keep out of that thread folks until fixed.
  20. What a day, what a signing. Really nailed our colours to the mast. We will fight to reach the very top. One day, didn’t turn out to be then, but one day we will have the most handsome team in the Premier League.
