Concerned about Willian (who is on form) getting in behind Tripps second half. Particularly as Schar on yellow and will be more cautious re cover. -

We’re not fully clicking, but Fulham are so well organised and quick to close they make it hard to get any continuity. Did the same to Chelsea and Liverpool. For me, Bruno is the man who needs to go up a notch. He has the ability to hold the ball and find that pass. Even under this kind of pressing. Murphy’s two chances were nice to see. Feel he would have scored the first if it had come a few minutes later. Shame about the offside, but good finish. Promising. -

Yep, don’t want Willian and Palhinha coming on with something to play for when we’re fooked. -
Age 30, 48 PL appearances, had a shot at our goal, shall we buy him? Shall we?

We have had one, PL, magic away game (most magic in our history, from a scoreline perspective). Next one coming up! -

? Ah! The interestingly inclusive Fulham, they’ve a broad fan base: from Egyptian billionaires to Tennessee terrorists. Is the club song not ? We are the world, ? (…with nod to their other niche market). -

We’re getting the best ever Wor Flags bonanza, the Bobby Robson tribute extravaganza of Ipswich at home. The gods of football justice and the seaweed on my veranda have foretold it. -
Well that was a surprise. Perhaps he’s reflected on recent ‘enragements’ and decided he’s had enough/isn’t being the best version of himself anymore. That said, nowt much wrong results or performance wise. Perhaps best to go leaving people wanting more.

Sounds like people from his home town don’t have sleeves ?♂️ (Gilet)

Sounds like one for us (probs about £20m?): “Guerra is a talented midfielder who can play either in a holding or more advanced position in the midfield. He covers long distances, has a great short game, is great at delivering through balls and has great tackling skills.”
-
Here’s hoping! More seriously, I think that relative value, fit with overall plans and value for money will be factors; not just affordability independent of the wider context.

Won’t be held to ransom. Not a bad thing in a manager.
