Unlikely and wont get my hopes but. But him and AG would be a 10/10 Window. Fingers Crossed. Two players used to the league, both flexible across the front 6. A real statement if so.

All jokes aside.... I'm right behind him, I think his energy, running, directness and pressing, not to mention skill will be great for Eddie and the lads. Bellamy springs to mind. He's a kid. Trippier, BDB and the likes will turn him into the model pro by March.

Not my first choice, or seventh. But weirdly these days I trust the club and manager 100%. If he can turn us into a defensive powerhouse, and Joelinton into prime Yaya Toure, I do feel he turn Gordon into a quality and important part of the team. Excited to see where it lands and how he starts to mould him into a player we'll all probably love in a year or two.

Love him! What a guy! Can't quite believe the stats! Especially as all my life we've been defensively, pretty crap!

This! We have a superb water tight defence. We have legs, stamina, the attitude, we have strikers and decent wingers for now, we need someone who can pick that final pass, to change the game, add some magic and also shoot from distance! Maddison looks like the man we should go out for. He would take the burden off Bruno, help bring our wingers into play with more imagination, and help our strikers when team play a low block. If not Maddison, then someone who can run at the defence with skill and ability to play off the striker, Beardsley-esque - god knows who that is. I agree Wilson looks quote isolated at times.

I think we have the cutting edge, we need more brains in midfield to unlock deep defences. Some more Magic, imagination.

Go and buy Maddison.

For all the support I gave him last week. Longstaff should be coming off today for Maxi. He's been poor today. Agree Wilson has also been off the pace too. Hopefully we can take a chance, what with all the possession etc.

Good luck to him! Played a critical part last season and seems a top bloke. Hope he's a success at Forest.

Agree on the commentator comment, hence the smiley. I like to think Shearer might know a bit about playing football, maybe he's shit as well? Maybe all local lads cant cut it. Need more exotic surnames? The joys of a team or squad is that some players do the donkey work, some do the exotic stuff and some get's bums off seats. But like I said, I'm not gonna knock a player that Howe has picked in all (I think) games! and we are third in the league and in a semi final a season after avoiding relegation - so many have short memories and want the world on a stick! Without Longstaff we'd not be 3rd, he's played a huge part, like that or not. And again, I do think he will and should be eventually replaced in the starting 11 in the future, but the shit he gets it beyond a joke!

Played a bit also in his time but aye! Howe picks him every week, I trust his judgement when it comes to defining a PL player.

Thought ASM was great today. Mixed his game up, combined with teammates, looked more tactically aware and made a fucking tackle or two also! Being coached I think it's called...

What would Shearer and Howe know eh...local lad who loves the club get's shit weekly shocker. Just replace Longstaff for Burn and theres a theme. Not exactly what some folk expect or want. One of the best defences in the world and a top 3 performing Midfield. Both need replacing asap! Mental!
