Beyond that, we need one good CM to bridge the drop off in quality from the 3 top lads, and to allow rotation. This is a non-negotiable. Joelinton’s combative style means he missed 1 in every 3 through suspension or injury and we can’t replace him with the current players. I’d sell Willock and aim to replace with someone like an Ederson. We need a replacement for Wilson. Begrudgingly with all the other squad building we need, I think this will be Calvert-Lewin. Depending on Tripps we may also need a right back.
