  1. TBF, Silva was exceptional today. Grealish is a snivelling little drug driving nonce who has never really looked like he fits in with City's attacking force. I think Guardiola did the right thing shelving him today - as you said, he'd have been Pickforded and been made to look even more of a bell end than usual. Shame, really.
  2. What an improvement. City were terrified of him, and rightly so. So proud of his pressing and chasing right at the end of the game. I hope he reads this, the magnificent bastard.
  3. Brilliant, Brilliant performance today. Won the ball, always fighting and pressing. Most of all, can hold it, turn and give it to the right player. So important for us right now.
  4. I'm overseas right now, and I watched it in a pub with four city fans. There's a big mutual respect right now; Man City won't come away from many places relieved to rescue a point.
  5. Like a condom thats had a tin of rice pudding tipped into it?
  6. Then consider me whooshed
  7. Joelinton is critical for us as a ball winning CM right now. His partnership next to Bruno is right up there and central to why we are playing well. He has failed as a CF before, and even if he did start scoring, our midfield would fall to pieces without Jur doing what he does.
  8. He's worth more to us than any club could afford. Yes, in the current market he'd be about £120m, but we could easily spend that and never find someone who clicks for us like he has. Our best player, and good enough to build a team around. I think he's as good as peak David Silva, but a much better finisher and Man City built their peak team around Silva. Add a top, top striker and a winger and if Willock continues to grow as he is, we'll have as good a starting XI as anyone else in the PL. Squad depth still not there and space to grow down the left, but the core of an excellent team is there. I think Bruno is the creative heart of that core, with Botman and Jur as the steel that buys him freedom. Round peg, round hole, never sell.
  9. In the same way there is a managers association and a players association, there should be an owners association, so they can blacklist cunts like Bruce. Football's new wrecking ball, a lá 'arry Fahkin Redknapp.
  10. I can see Jur going full radge and halfing that drug driving nonce Grealish. Would be worth the red card TBF.
  11. So glad we didn't sign this lemon in January. For a player whose game was based totally around pace, it was a bit silly to eat all of the pies and gaff off all of the training. I can't see him ever getting back to anything close to the level he was at a few years back. When Everton are trying to shift you off the wage bill, that really says something. The very definition of a busted flush.
  12. Nah. It's super fashionable at the minute to want to see goalkeepers passing it short across the face of their goal, but look at how that bullshit turned out for De Gea this weekend. Get it up the pitch and leave the pretty stuff to the players who are paid to do that. Goalkeepers save shots, command their areas and control the defence. No need for risky shit in front of your own goal.
  13. And all they've got to show for it is a pea-hearted bunch of mercenaries. Club and fans are rotten to the core. Relegation plz.
  14. Can the Glazers even sell? I thought most of the club was 'mortgaged' up to the hilt in bonds? Is the club even worth anything, TV money aside?
  15. Eriksen reaping what he has sown here. Ronaldo has downed tools too. As @BlueStarput, just yeet the whole thing and start again.
  16. WTF is Scott Parker wearing?! Seems like his twirls on the pitch have been replaced by catwalk twirls. On the shittest catwalk in the world for melts.
  17. The pricks are so shit they won't even be eligible to play us in the League Cup. Small time melts.
  18. If the takeover had never happened, Howe wouldn't have come in and we'd have finished comfortably in the bottom 3. Noting Cabbage Heed's efforts at WBA, we'd be mid table Div 2 this season, haemorrhaging money and racing the m*ckems to the bottom. Fine margins.
  19. Unfortunately, it hasn't. We are a bigger club by any measure, but the fact remains that we haven't beaten them in the last 7 games. A firm spanking would kill off that one remaining strand of hope they have.
  20. Would love the m*ckems home or away. Would love to put this 6 in a row shite to bed once and for all. Also, just to remind the cunts just how big the gap is between us right now. Never forget what cunts they are, no matter how irrelevant they become.
  21. Two days late, but I don't care (I doubt you bastards do either). My take on the performance: 6 Pope. Did what very little he had to do perfectly. 6.5 Trippier. Always looks dangerous. Gave the ball away a couple of times. Not tested defensively. 7 Burn. Excellent defending when someone tried to beat him on the outside, otherwise not tested. The floated set penis needs to fuck off, just try and headbutt the ball in to the fucking goal, man! 8 Schar. Absolute thunderbastard of a shot. Not tested defensively, 7 Targett. Not tested defensively. Did the low key right things further up the pitch. 8 Willock. Didn't look out of place in one of the most dominant midfield displays I can remember, which speaks volumes about this young man. 9 Joelinton. Absolute monster. Like an adult in a children's game. Won a ridiculous amount of turnovers. Great movement up front too. Could have scored a worldy if he didn't snatch at it. Defo a CM rather than a CF. 9 Bruno. Could walk into any team in world football, no joke. Vision is second to none right now. 8 ASM. Had his critics (me included) close season. Answered them in spades. Mega effort, pressed, never stropped. A real threat. If he further develops his end product, he will be world class. 8 Almiron. Top drawer movement and effort. Always a threat. Needs to trust his right foot and just leather it. 7.5 Wilson. Quiet apart from an exquisitely taken goal, which is what CFs do, I suppose...
