  1. Gallagher ain't no McDominate super sub ?
  2. Out of interest, anyone who has watched and rates Tosin able to tell me how he plays? Is he aggressive or more of an organiser, does he have the pace our CB's lack etc Can't say I've ever paid attention to him!
  3. Aye have noticed that, unsure whether that's just his fitness limit, or if it's because he's had many recurring injuries since being here and he hasn't been able to have a solid length of time to get as fit as a Gordon etc
  4. Its disgraceful imo. Not sure why it doesn't get much heat like FFP does Maybe because in most leagues, it's pretty much the same teams who make the CL so no one cares
  5. Think Lascelles is the additional spanner in the works, with his age and a year left, we for sure need 2 CBs unless we risk getting 1 and having 3 CB's and Krafth till they are back
  6. Yeah for sure, our mid block was unreal last year with a fully fit defence

    Joe Willock

He was one of the players I was most excited for this season, genuinely believe he is incredibly talented and was hoping he'd kick on after being excellent last year
  8. The fact we haven't abused this, even potentiallly under valuing maxi, while the Saudis paid crazy premiums for other clubs players, surely means we could get a actual decent fee for them
  9. Yeah makes sense! Do you not see a role for the likes of a MGW / Maddison player for us then? Not saying I do or don't, just an interesting topic
  10. Thinking of our potential recruitments for the summer for RW / attacking options Would people rather we signed a MGW player for the RW slot who is versatile across the midfield 3 Or a inverted forward like Nico Williams who is versatile across the front 3?
  11. People have short memories, it wasn't long ago where people questioned Isaks ability/fitness and I even seen a few people say we should sell him to get a more reliable striker, now people are saying he's better than Shearer Willock was quality last season and has attributes non of our other midfielders have, really hope next season he gets a chance to shine again
  12. True, but last season our bread and butter was not losing and rarely conceding Maybe will a fully fit team, we'd get back to that
  13. My point on the price was purely to parody Dan Burn haha But you raise a good point, similarly I thought Arsenal paid a lot for Declan Rice, however if this fee stops Man City getting him and further enhancing their premiership dominance... Then it's worth it
  14. Aye same here mate Plus, I've got friends who have Madrid as their 'second team' which I just find a bit weird and cringe, so always want them to do shite ?
  15. Villa do love a free transfer
  16. Don't know anything about the guy, is this a good appointment for them?
  17. Yeah I'm sure in a few years Gvardiol will be renowned as one of the best CB's. Hes unique in that he's unreal with the ball, can impact the game in the final third with his passing and can play inverted / auxiliary left back role 90m seems a bit much though considering Dan Burn only cost 13m

    Lewis Hall

Feel like with his technical ability, good left foot and small centre of gravity, he'd be good being an inverted LB, stepping into midfield However, Trippier and Livramento are aggressive RBs and I can't see us doing both of them

    Harvey Barnes

Thought he was unreal until he got tired, ran like a dog and was a total nuisance, also was very good and intentional when on the ball When everyone is fit, LW is by far our strongest position on the pitch

    Alexander Isak

Honestly can't see Arsenal going for him, could be completely wrong like Jesus is quality when fit. Arteta has turned Havertz into a very useful player this season, plus they spent £70m on him. With the fee Isak would command due what we paid + contract length, it would make no sense for them to go big on a ST If I was them I'd go big on a Pedro Neto / outlet player
  21. As stupid as this sounds as I have never seen him play, but I really want us to get Marmadashvili, especially with no guarantees Pope comes back as good as he was Something about having our GK position and the heart of our defence filled for the next 10+ years would be amazing

    Lewis Hall

How many games does he need to play before people can comment on his thighs?
  23. Their goal off the free kick... When the ball is played to Bowen he shifts over to the left post, when the ball is played to Kudus, he doesn't move more central of the goal, the ball is basically hit in the middle of the goal and it still goes in
  24. Totally agree, Man City winning makes me feel nothing Would rather Arsenal win over Liverpool though if it had to be one of those 2, couldn't bare the scousers if it happened. People already talk as if Klopp is better than Pep, never mind if they won another league
