A Sunderland win could see them have a very outside chance of finishing in conference league, imagine if they got Europe and did the double over us and finished above us all in the same season ..I don't think It will happen but I'd far rather a Spurs win to prevent that than Spurs going.

Would you be happy with our owners if they did that?

I keep saying it but I don't see Spurs as a threat to stop us achieving as they follow the rules and aren't a good side. It's the other clubs who clearly are getting away with overspending

Not a chance that Spurs 11 gets relegated.

Feels like people have been saying that all season and yet there Spurs are in the relegation zone

Would love to see one of the main teams that pushed for the financial regulations that are restricting us so much go down after spending a fortune themselves. Poetic justice.

De Zerbi coming in now feels like when Rafa came to us. A month too late.

He’ll stop them being as calamitous as they’ve been but he won’t be able to improve them quickly enough.

Not a single league win in 2026 and they expect to pick up 2 or 3 in a month?

Their revenue makes them a threat they don't need to break the rules. Any half competent owners could make them top 6

Lost 9, Drew 5 since their last win in December.   (In the league)

5 points from a possible 42 is shambolic.

Won only 2 since Halloween. Perfectly plausible that they only get another 5-7 points this season and they're already 2 behind West Ham. 3 wins for West Ham keeps them up

God bless them for bringing some joy to this season

Spurs going down could really save our season. Guaranteed there wouldn't be any headlines left for Newcastle.
