Robster
Baldini was there to see it all too. If England do look for a tall strong centre forward, even just for squad purposes, what other options are out there - Crouch wont have many more years left at International level. The lad has a chance.
Ketsbaia
Was that a hat-trick on his weaker foot? He was excellent today, just like all of them. The England calls are coming....
broonalegeordie
he's going to get more caps than Darren Bent will in his career. Good times.

Dave
He's gonna get called up no doubt about it. Hopefully not by Scotland. Think he's be great alongside Rooney. Not a chance he'd plump for Scotland IMO.

Hope he does well. Not often a true 'old fashioned' Center Forward comes along these days.

Not a chance he'd plump for Scotland IMO. Without going overboard on today's performance; but surely a hattrick against a good Villa squad at a time when England need a refresh should see him at least come on for a cap in the next squad especially if he keeps up his performances, if he gets more goals its nailed on. People mention Crouch but Crouch doesn't really offer much in the air, Carroll does, probably more than any other English forward at this level. Guest ObiChrisKenobi
Despite what fifa and every commentator in the land thinks he is left footed. That was getting on my nerves last season like. All those Commentators saying what a fantastic volley on his weaker left foot...

Had some fantastic leaps and head ons today, just like he did on Monday. Seems to 'hang in the air', I'd hate to think what would happen in an England set up with a mobile intelligent striker along side him.
BlueStar
Need to keep a hold of this lad like. Villa were awful, but he was getting everything in the air.

Dinho lad
he wouldn't wanna play for scotland now! He's developing nicely at the moment. Definitly not a league one striker!

TRon
Just hope he calms down and we can keep him. There must be a few zeros added to his value after today. You can say what you like about his general play but those goals were quality.
