Liam Liam Liam O
This is worrying in my opinion. If he's got an injury, even if its just a strain, we should be calling him back. Hughton needs some balls here. He should be pulling him out of a friendly squad.
JH
I think you need to keep your slightly volatile centre forward on side. If his dream is to play for England, and you go 'nah, sorry. You're not going' he could flip. Probably end up glassing Hughton

Skeletor
As much as I'd rather we could save him for Bolton it would be cruel to deny him his first England cap. We have to get used to the fact that we actually have one of England's most promising young players for once and this comes with the territory. JH
It's exciting. It's been a long while since we've seen "###### (Newcastle United)" on the England squad sheet. He can only get better.
Decky
Fuck sake he will probably break down during the game and be out for about 6 weeks knowing our luck. If he was doubtful but yet still plays, im guessing this means he needs a break at the weekend?

STM
Mixed feelings tbh. Delighted for the lad but our injury record with England doesn't bring back fond memories. Thing is though, i don't see Carroll as the sort of player who misses many games (without having a serious injury). I suspect the next time we lose Carroll for a significant period of time will be if he has a serious injury or lands himself in jail.
