Decky
Everton look pretty strong aswell, hopefully they have an off day today.

Pilko
At least we have some genuine options on the bench. Let's just hope we're not already sunk without trace if/when Hughton decides to use them. 6 full internationals. Very strong bench.

Neil
If anyone sees a 19 year old lad with blonde hair shiftily watching the game at the Crows Nest, thatll be me.
Big Geordie
No Jonas? Bizarre - as well as Ryan Taylor did at WBA - Jonas surely had to start? I thought we might sneak the win today - not sure now.
Dave
Howard Yobo Jags Lescott Baines Anichebe Neville Rodwell Arteta Gosling Jo is our team good luck, see you on the other side What does Anichebe offer out wide? Won't you just go 4-4-2?
KaKa
Funny how Saylor and Duff's goals have essentially come back to bite us in the arse. Houghton has effectively bottled the decision to drop one of them for Jonas because they both scored. Very goofy decision.
Dave
I'm less convinced about Enrique when Jonas doesn't play in front of him.
Segun Oluwaniyi
Everton side is pretty weak. Who will provide the width in their team....Arteta? Yobo is a fantastic centreback, but I wouldn't trust him on the right. It's just too bad we've weakened ourselves with the poor selection.

Won't you just go 4-4-2? I think it allows them to play Arteta in the middle where he is more involved and effective. He was involved in everything last week. Guest Heneage
Merson said yesterday on SSN that when fit, Viduka is better than Berbatov. I actually don't see what's so funny. Viduka is a brilliant player when fit. He showed glimpses of that last season.

James
Thing is with this system is that we are having to play direct due to a lack of a central midfield, we've got Shola up there whose task will be to go for the first ball, and when that fails, you need players around the box to collect the second balls, and Duff, Nolan, Lovenkrands and Raylor are the best for that job. Jonas is much too deep as he likes to build from the back, and Martins needs frequent good passes.

TRon
Hughton has destroyed the chances of winning this game by failing to see past his own nose and picking the same side that somehow won against WBA. The two Taylors are both playing out of position when we have proper alternatives available. Terrible, and cowardly management.

Flip
I just dont understand! Why is Gutierrez on the bench? This is ridiculous, sure Martins and Viduka have been injured, but Jonas should start instead of Saylor and Raylor should play fullback! This is ridiculous, wow im pissed! Guest md49vd
anichebe offers more on the right than as a striker. I doubt moyes would play 442 away from home and he has played on the right a few times for us this season.
