nufcjb
Just saw a clip of Big Al and Ian Wright watching the game together in the studio. He proper loved Isak's goal and especially Gordon's cross.

But scenty bottle isn’t it - Bruce’s can be similar despite being brought up in Walker
54 Posted Tuesday at 14:49 Share Posted Tuesday at 14:49 Jaimie Carragher's ranking of the 10 best Premier League forwards is hilarious: 10) Gareth Bale 9) Dennis Bergkamp 8) Eden Hazard 7) Alan Shearer 6) Wayne Rooney 5) Didier Drogba 4) Eric Cantona 3) Cristiano Ronaldo 2) Mo Salah 1) Thierry Henry
Conjo Posted Tuesday at 14:52 Share Posted Tuesday at 14:52 While I don't agree with it, that seems perfectly reasonable to me for such a subjective topic.

Shearer had 1/2 years at a good Blackburn team, and 2/3 years at a good NUFC. The rest of the time he was at mid table clubs, and lost 2 years of his career to injury. Lush Vlad Posted Tuesday at 15:27 Share Posted Tuesday at 15:27 Possibly semantics, but during their time in the prem. I wouldn't even class Ronaldo or Bale as 'forwards'. They were wingers, I would have said? Didn't they often play in a midfield 4 for quite a lot of the time? Obviously they evolved, along with the game and would start to play in a 3 and in Ronaldo's case and sometimes Bale's, through the middle. Ronaldo at number 3 is daft. Always surprises me that he is often in Prem best XI's, too. He was undoubtedly an outrageously good player. But it was after he left that his numbers and everything else went into the stratosphere. I feel like it is skewed on how he became one of the best of all time at Real Madrid and people use that to gauge him.
mondonewc Posted Tuesday at 15:49 Share Posted Tuesday at 15:49 No Aguero is absurd, he has to be in the discussion for #1 spot 10 best Premier League forwards and 10 best forwards to play in Premier League obviously two different things.
Kimbo Posted Tuesday at 15:54 Share Posted Tuesday at 15:54 He kept tripping over his argument that it’s trophies that matter, it was the argument he used against Shearer. He put Salah at 2, with 1 title, and Bale at 10 with 0 titles, and Aguero with 5 titles didn’t make his list. They should’ve told him to go away and think about it and they’ll do the feature next week.

I'm obviously glad he didn't but if he signed for Man Utd in 96, he'd have finished with over 300 PL goals. People forget how quick he was until his first serious knee injury at Blackburn. 7th best man

Just a posh version of Geordie that sounds horrific. Shearer, Bruce, Waddle all sound weird on national tv/radio. I've never heard anyone locally sound like that.
