Watford vs Newcastle United -Saturday 27/2/10 - 3pm KO

Recommended Posts

I had a peculiar dream last night that late in the game Best got a sidefooted goal after the ball looped high into the box and fell nicely for him.

I'm blaming the stella.

Nothing to suggest we will win this. Nothing to suggest we will lose.

Draw 1-1

Nothing to suggest we will win this?

Apart from us being top of the league and coming off the back of two very comfortable wins v teams of roughly the same calibre as Watford?

Worried.  Best and Carroll don't seem able to play together.  Lets hope there's an improvement today.

We could have gone 4-5-1 with Ryan Taylor coming in wide right maybe, but I think we would still struggle to get much cohesion with a midfield consisting of players like Nolan Smith and Taylor. Doubt it willl make much difference, we might scrape an ugly win whichever line up we go with. I think the key is Guthrie putting in a decent shift out wide.

We haven't won away in ages. On the other hand we don't lose often.

The sensible prediction is a draw.

We haven't won away in ages... that's why I predict a win for us.
