Exactly sort of signing we need - players with something to prove and a bit of talent. He's so fucking effective. He doesn't have the ball half as much as Jonas, but his vision is cracking and he knows how to deliver a ball. When he stole the ball out on the wing by outmuscling their player and his cross that landed on Nolan was fantastic, as was his cross in the first half for Carrolls volley chance - he could easily have ended up with another two assists tonight. Everyone was sensational, even the lads like Gutierrez who had a frustrating night going forward made up for it by running his heart out for the team. Absolutely overjoyed right now.
