They're fallen out of the top four, and it's very hard to see how they can get back into it. It is still a big job, but whereas a few years ago, you'd think maybe managers of the calibre of Mourinho or Guardiola would go there, they're now a club is sliding away from its position of prosperity, and the only way to get it back is to spend a huge amount of cash. As they're hamstrung with the small stadium, and have just outlaid a load of cash on a raft of shite players, it's not difficult to see there isn't going to be much huge cash to spend there.
