Fenham Mag
'Shola Ameobi, A goal for the whole of Africa to put Nigeria into the Final of the World Cup' I would literally die of embarrassment, pride, laughing etc. too many emotions. Guest neesy111
Injuries are mounting up again, thankfully to none of the starting 11.
Dan Gleebals
Should mean Campbell gets on the bench/possible game time which can only be a good thing. Should we be in a good position tomorrow with 20 to go, be a good time to give him to PL action.
LRD
Won't be a big miss although it's worrying we already have a spate of injuries so early in the season. Guess hiring Downey didn't help fix the issues.
Disco
Is she even still here? I thought it was just a pre-season thing?
healthyaddiction
Is she even still here? I thought it was just a pre-season thing? She was in the team photo. And I doubt Campbell will be on the bench as Shola wasn't on the bench last week. It'll probably stop us from getting him a loan sorted though. thomas
Aye, she didn't turn noted cripples Shola Ameobi & Steven Taylor into indestructible supermen in 3 months. What a cunt.
mrmojorisin75
Guess hiring Downey didn't help fix the issues. are you sure about that, if she manages to keep shola, jonas and tiote out of the team for long stretches and the good players fit i'd say she's doing a pretty perfect job

Ketsbaia
Oh what a shame. God must be a Geordie if he's conspiring to keep Shola, Taylor and Jonas away from the starting XI.

Heard she's doing a great job of turning water into wine at the training ground canteen but is just taking it one miracle at a time for now.
alexf
That run where he just bulldozed his way through Most i've seen him run in about 8 years that moment Have to say he is comfortably bringing more to the table than Cisse. Seemed a silly game to play him as he got fuck all out of Terry as everyone on here said days ago. Still think I'd prefer Ben Arfa to start instead but Shola has a use at the moment, certainly ahead of Cisse that's for sure.
George Bailey
He is an abomination of a top league footballer. Amazing 'blagged' career at top flight. He must have a cracking stash of Polaroids in a cupboard somewhere.
Mick
His run just before he was taken off was as bad as you'll ever see from a player who isn't injured, he just stopped.
Pilko
Shite but still better than Cisse by some way, at the moment.
Mick
s**** but still better than Cisse by some way, at the moment. They both have positives and negatives, Shola can't move, Cisse can't get a shot on target.
Newcastle Fan
He had some nice touches and his presence was felt, fair 60 mins or so.
Mick
He had some nice touches and his presence was felt, fair 60 mins or so. I wonder how many of those "nice touches" were followed by a Chelsea player getting the next touch? I don't know the answer and it may just be me but he looked hopeless.
