Pilko
Getting subbed at half time every week isn't going to do him any favours either. He's a victim of the formation and the negative tactics imo.

Tachikoma
If we need to play him it should be at fullback. Yeah, he actually looks better when he attacks from fullback because of the extra room that affords him. I don't think he should be starting against Stoke though... Parky
I still think it's very early days for him and he will turn out to be a good squad player for us.
merlin
Has anyone noticed how many goals Inman either scores or creates for the Reserves, and yet he is never near getting into the first team squad ? Is it because he is in danger of playing football, or is there something we don't know...?

Yeah, he actually looks better when he attacks from fullback because of the extra room that affords him. I don't think he should be starting against Stoke though... This. He's just technically not good enough to be playing winger right now. When he gets the ball it's either a cross from far away or pass back to Santon. He doesn't even try to beat the fullback. Probably just down to low confidence as he used to challenge fullbacks with his quickness. Still high hopes that he develops into a good squad player. hakka
Effective tonight. Good bit of a wing play and a crunching tackle.
Cajun
Despite protesting that he can play left back despite his frame I am backpeddling a little, he is often way out of position. Good attacker though.
hakka
Yeah I'm not convinced of him at left back at all, but he's got a lot to offer going forward.
Cajun
He is certainly tenacious and I don't believe his size limits him at all, it's just his positioning.
Tiresias
Still very raw and inexperienced with the positioning, should really be playing left wing and moving back to to left back when a bit older and wiser imo, but looks fantastic in attack and think he'll be a brilliant player for us in the future
Disco
Effective tonight. Good bit of a wing play and a crunching tackle. What? Ronnie 'the wizard' Stam got his cross in every single time against him, absolutely dire going backwards. Competent on the front foot, nothing more. EDIT: see below. Yorkie
He's not up to it at this level. Certainly not yet, anyway. Hope we get enough numbers in at some point over the next 12 months to get him out for an extended loan spell.
TRC
Just seems like James McClean to me. Nothing special about the lad apart from a good work rate. Has put in a few good crosses, but for the most part they are shit.
ponsaelius
His footwork is better than Derryphant man's.

I actually only meant going forward as effective, hence reference to good wing play. And he did have a crunching tackle in the second half. No Edit: see above. Cajun
His footwork is better than Derryphant man's. How many assists does Mr Potato head have this season? Shane got 3 in 3 games didn't he despite being very much a fringe player.
Sifu
Fergie's nothing like that ugly cunt down the road. I'd say Shane has more potential, definitely needs a loan spell somewhere but as is the case these days, we can't afford to let him go.
