May be they are told to keep the deal secret until it's completed (which is consistent with Douglas so far, just release the news a bit earlier than club official) but at this moment, if Douglas say it's fantasy, we better treat it as fantasy then. But they're likely to pay extra just to beat us to a signing, and get the PR up for their fans/mongs. He'd still live near his French mates and hang with them too. So having a strong French connection maybe isn't so much a plus for us. Money could talk and the Scum could very well spend big just to get one over us. Don't think Quinn or Short see it like that though.They will have a wage they are willing to go too, just depends on whose wage barrier is higher?
