Robster
I find the current state of affairs a sit sad really. He has so brilliant for Arsenal over the last sixteen years or so. If he'd walked away, say two years ago, stating that he felt he could not long maintain the levels he'd set for himself and the club, I wonder whether the fans woul have slagged him for it ? Guest neesy111
Souness could be correct in that they are now a feeder club for top clubs in Europe.
Disco
When and why did Arshavin just stop caring? He was unplayable at times when he arrived. It's a sad state of affairs there, but particularly where he's concerned. Since he upped his training to 90% facial expressions and dry humour: 10% football from the 50:50 it used to be. Ronaldo
It really doesnt matter what he does at this point. Arsenal does not have the financial might of Man C. I see man U not being able to compete financially either, leaving a two horse race between Chelski and Man C each season. Arsenal are in the same boat as us.... no point breaking the bank, the outlay does not match the risk. Did you stop watching football about a year ago, mate? Chelsea are 13 points behind City and 10 behind Scum. And the best thing of all? They're only going to get worse when Drogba and Lampard p*ss off to a bigger club, Terry's knees fall off and Torres has a nervous breakdown.
