Baggio
Loved the determination he showed to get his head on the ball for his goal.
TRon
Loved the determination he showed to get his head on the ball for his goal. Well worked set piece as well. Colo and Taylor did a great job in pulling defenders out of the space Ba attacked for the goal.
GuyP
he flashed a couple of shots wide, which may not show him as being "clinical" with his finishing but it shows he will get the chances with his linkup play with Cabaye and Best....and when Ben Arfa comes back he will score 4 every game
Heron
Were the Newcastle fans singing "Dembas scored 4 since Ramadan, he just can't get enough" yesterday?

All forwards miss chances, not many forwards score as prolifically as Demba Ba. Just saying

Guest Pedro_de_geordieo
Keep forgetting to mention this but if the lad is gonna keep knocking them in he needs to sort out his goal celebration, it's gash takes the joy out of the goal, his team mates can't even join in because it's way too religious. Just convert the whole team to Islam, we'll have a slow start to the season but we'll thrash everyone after.

I thought he was areet when he wasn't injured like. Which wasn't very often due to his paper hamstrings. He used to go missing a lot during games towards the end of his time with us. Guest BooBoo
Emre had no more than half a dozen games where he looked really impressive. In the whole he was a let down. In fact if it hadn't been for his goal against the mackems he would have likely gone down as a flop.
Chicken Dancer
Ah I liked Emre, thought him and Parker had potential until Roeder tried to swap their roles round.
AlanSkÃrare
Emre against Reading was a fantastic goal to cap off a brilliant performance. But overall he was a flop tbh.
TRC
Emre suffered here due to injuries, and shit management. He should have been awesome.
