Davide Santon (now retired)

Just making it up as they go along. It's fucking frightening what they'll come out with because they know the majority won't be as informed as those on here. They'll read Carver's bullshit in the Chronicle and just assume it's fact.

It's frightening.

These people can vote. They're thick as prison doors.

That's the trouble.  I know some (older) people whose only source for NUFC news is the Chronicle and Radio Newcastle as they do not have internet access.

Also can't see the logic in forcing out our better players for unimpressive fees. The only time it made sense was with Andy Carroll because the fee was so crazy. We've sold Santon, HBA and MYM for less than we bought them for. There is no business sense there, never mind footballing sense.

Would be something else for him to freeze the kid out, let him go on an atrocious loan and bring him back.

If this rumor popped up about MYM or HBA  place would melt the fuck down.

Will people be more pissed off that Inter made a modest (unknown) profit off him in such a short space of time or the fact he's ended up at a club like Watford (therefore failed at inter and we were probably right to let him go) ?

Either way razor blades on standby.

I don't care what Inter sell him for tbh, I don't miss him and wouldn't want him back. We were wrong to sell him without replacement in January though.
