Guest
This 'Ben Arfa is fat' thing got old months ago like. They should probably stop releasing pictures of him looking like Fatty McBurgermuncher then. You'd have thought someone at our press would have looked at that and told them to take another one like. Even common sense stuff we cant get right at the minute Can just imagine that like. "Come on man Fatem, breath in a bit will you?".

Teasy
I remember when we used to talk about pointless things in this thread like where Ben Arfa should play. Or what he could achieve given a full season, or just what a talented player he is. Glad people now spend their time here posting variations of the same decrepid joke over and over again for months on end. It is a ridiculously shit picture though
Si
Ben Arfa is so fat he plays in every position.

Ketsbaia
For a horse-faced mackem, Louise Taylor says some nice things about us. This quote is from Guardian writers' league predictions, where everyone else chose Mata/Suarez/RvP etc as 'Player of the Season': LT Hatem Ben Arfa. Providing he stays fit, Ben Arfa belongs on a different planet to most mortals. Capable of eclipsing Rooney, Bale and even Suárez. http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2013/aug/16/premier-league-predictions-guardian-writers

Kanj
HBA going on some mazy runs, taking control, and scoring goals is mouth watering. That table; the sheer fact that Swansea, WBA, Villa and West Ham have ALL shown themselves ambitious, cunning, and professional in their board, managerial apointments and transfer dealings and are ahead of us, such a dagger man. Bring on the season and hopefully we prove them wrong.
Teasy
Hope so, not sure West Brom have done much to suggest they're going to finish that high like. Wouldn't say their transfers have been ambitious in the slightest so far and for me they're weaker now than last season.
Tooj
Not sure why but I can see West Brom struggling this year.
Skeletor
Not sure why but I can see West Brom struggling this year. Lack of Lukaku is probably going to be a big factor.
Mole_Toonfan
Not sure why but I can see West Brom struggling this year. They were pretty shit from Christmas on tbh. Without their fantastic start they would have been in trouble last season.

Teasy
Not sure why but I can see West Brom struggling this year. I can see them struggling, because so far I think they're weaker than they were last year. Lukaku's a big loss and Anelka isn't going to come close to making up for it IMO. He was a top striker at one point, but he's 34 now and his goal record over the last couple of years is absolutely awful, 4 goals in his last 42 appearances (that includes 23 games in the Chinese league..). I thought that, looking through their squad and it doesn't look too strong. You can really see them losing games on the the trot.

That was last season, but because i was so far wide of the mark and he got praise across the land, i decided to keep my money in my pocket this year rather than epically fail two years running. Just my luck for him to balls his first game up. Aye Hughes will be gone sooner rather than later. Stoke need a complete revamp, he’s not the man to do it.
