wormy
I am deeply embarrassed by you people and your reactions to Guinea's second goal. Anyone would think you don't wish success on our players outside the domestic sphere. You all need to take a hard look at yourselves in the mirror and ask yourself if Demba Ba would be happy if he knew you had just cheared a goal for the team he's playing against. Maybe next time he's in a black and white shirt he might remember these reactions and 'accidentally' screw a shot wide. I for one will be sad to see Ba and Cisse have their dreams of a trophy ended. Shame on you. I'm serious. Quite a large part of the forum died tonight. Such a pity. But the club's strikeforce has risen from the ashes a week or two early. LoveItIfWeBeatU
I hope Ashley sends that private jet to be ready and waiting on the tarmac to collect Ba and Cissé as soon as they finish their last game.
Anderson
What a fucking finish that was, over the moon for Eq Guinea. Nice the have our strike force back too.
BoSelecta
Hope the lads are not too downhearted when they return. Ba missed a few chances today and Cisse fairly anonymous. Doubt it, their countrymen were f***ing s*** as were the pitches. I think it's pretty obvious Ba will be disappointed he didn't bury that chance, could of been a different game. The FT whistle goes and then Ashley lands in the centre circle "Howay lads, you've got a game at Ewood Park on Wednesday"

Shame on you. It's a mickey mouse competition held at the worst possible time. Everyone on here would have been happy for them to win it. On viewing, they look like a pretty disjointed team playing on horrible pitches, so them getting knocked out might hopefully bode well for NUFC. Sorry for embarrassing you like

WarrenBartonCentrePartin
Club > Country. if we had someone competing for England in a tournament that was contested mid-season, I'd want England out ASAP so NUFC got that player back. I'm all for supporting NUFC players when representing their countries, but not when they're missing for us mid-season.
Nobody
Would be immense if we could have them both on the bench for Blackburn. Imagine that double substitution
