NUFC transfer rumours in the press

Recommended Posts

The ball's been in Simpson's court for ages regarding a new contract. Clearly he's as scared of that ball as he is a real one.

Chances are we've withdrawn the contract offer and he'll have to accept lower terms than even that was offering to get a new one.

If there's no right-back signed in January

Tbh i dont think we'll even try to get one, unless we manage to get debuchy at 'our' price.  Fairly certain simpson wont be going anywhere.

On another note, Cissokho's looking decent for Valencia tonight like.

And Pardew revealed another potential gem is being scrutinised at the moment, although he wouldn’t name the target.

“We’re looking at a player now and looking into his background and character, because we feel he really could be the one for us. Patience is needed sometimes.

Good article anyway with some nice soundbites, but thought this bit in particular would be of interest in here.

Don't think they would need to look at Carroll's background and character tbh

Maybe he's a changed man?  :)

Unless he's changed into a nippy, creative striker who can play on the left of a three i dont wnt him.

NEWCASTLE are in a fight with Napoli and Roma for German Pezzella.

The Argentinian centre-half, 21, has impressed for River Plate and will cost around £4.5million.

Disco, Mole - any good? Seems a bit pricey. He's also not very tall..

Really do hope that we get Sissoko (hopefully trying to) as he would make us more dynamic in midfield. Tioté is strong but i wouldn't call him dynamic or as mobile as Sissoko.

I know we have other more important spots to fill before but still a good signing (and investment)
