Away Toon
Diego Capel, the original flying winger, available for €7 M, from Sporting. Still only 25. I don't know if there is much left of the promise he had when he broke through as a teenager at Sevilla, but on his day one of the most exciting players you could ever see. Kanj
Wish we could sign one of those Barca type Spanish wingers who are pacy as hell

Mole_Toonfan
He used to be good when he came through but since defenders adapted to him he's been average ever since and really struggled with end product. Really inconsistent and frustrating player.
Guest bimpy474
If he creates fuck all but tracks back well, sign him up.
TRon
He used to be good when he came through but since defenders adapted to him he's been average ever since and really struggled with end product. Really inconsistent and frustrating player. Hmm...we could really do with one of those.

Village Idiot
Capel is the epitome of the headless chicken. Nothing to see. If you want your own pacy Andalusian winger, Vadillo's the new black. Betis would want a big sum though.
Teasy
5 Million for 29 year old Stewart Downing or £8m for 21 year old Tom Ince, hmm I wonder which to go with.. Seriously even from the perspective of pure value Ince is the far better deal due to his age, then there's the fact he's a much better player. We'd be absolutely mental to go for Downing. toontownman
Good news tbh. Obviously LW is the other area we are looking at given the Sinclair, ince and now downing links.
morgs
Went to the fulham game tonight, the betis goalscorer, nosa igiebor was excellent, would not mind seeinh him and cedric in newcastle shirts
Village Idiot
Betis paid 1,21€ for Cedric He bossed Liga Adelante with his pace. Wonder how he'll do in the top flight but so far he's impressed in preseason.
morgs
He has a lot of pace, played left wing. Ran like obafemi, needs to work on his finishing though, the other lad was cracking in centre mid though. Great movement and passing, would make a great box to box or holding midfielder
Village Idiot
Nosa was a bit part player for them last season, but with Beñat gone he has a chance to start more games this year. He's always looked extremely dynamic whenever I've seen him, certainly.
