Poor guy properbly has no idea why he was asked to hold the sign either

It was still funny, and amused me.

Charged with failing to control their players after Man City penalty award.

Douglas' reaction:

Mark Douglas ‏ @MsiDouglas

That FA charge against #SAFC is absolutely ludicrous. Contentious penalty; reaction of #SAFC players was pretty standard practice in PL.

What an absolute bag of horseshit that forum is. Not only from a Mackem-hating point of view.

As if people can post that sort of stuff and get away with it. The layout's bloody rancid n'all.

Has anyone pointed out to the mags yet that that's a left-hand drive?

Surely he's earning enough money to afford a new right-hand drive car?

Unless he's not planning on still being around next season ....

:fool:

That doesn't even make sense as he is in the passenger seat and it is quite clearly not his car

Surely the arrests made for people being racist on twitter sets a precedent for racist abuse on the internet in general? So if that's the case, if someone were to make screen grabs and forward them on to the police...

The Football Association has charged Sunderland with failing to control their players during Saturday's Premier League match at Manchester City.

A statement on the FA's official website read: "Sunderland have today [Wednesday 4th April] been charged by the FA for failing to ensure its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion."

Sunderland were in March fined by the FA after a misconduct charge as a result of the bad-tempered derby against Newcastle.
