KaKa
Definitely getting dropped next game (undeservedly), along with Cisse (Deservedly so).
Pata
He's a midfielder but he stuck to his defensive duties more effectively than any of our back four. Totally disagree. Tidy in possession tho.
Geordie Ahmed
Easily our most consistent player this season Happy for him because he was wrongly dropped last season and lots of people doubted whether he was good enough

littlelunchbox
I've no doubt whatsoever he'll be dropped for Tiote at Everton. tackles!
Kanj
To be fair he's made loads of tackles and interceptions today

Tidy in possession tho. He made a brilliant tackle in the first half when he was the only player to get back.
David Icke - Son of God
Definitely getting dropped next game (undeservedly), along with Cisse (Deservedly so). Nailed on. Pardew's desperate to shoehorn Tiote in. 3-2 down and he brings him on.
Flip
His passing range today was a bit off, at couple of times trying to switch play he played the ball away from our players. Still one of our better players once again today.
Away Toon
If Pardew wants to stick with a three man midfield I'd bring Tiote in and drop Cabaye, won't happen but Anita is the form player in there and should keep his place.

Like totally unbalanced midfields bereft of creativity do we?
Away Toon
There is nothing wrong with a midfield of Tiote sitting, Anita passing and Sissoko driving us forward. There is nothing creative in Cabaye's play at the moment anyhow.
sempuki
If Tiote has to come back, I would drop Debuchy and play Anita at RB.
loki679
If Tiote has to come back, I would drop kick Pardew into the tyne.
Kanj
There is no reason to bring Tiote back. The change needs to be our right back and Anita is wasted there and needs to start centrally in midfield.

TRon
I can see Pardew bringing back Tiote and Jonas just to add some height to the side tbh. They might not be that good in the air, but like Tesco, every little helps.

Not quite, and i would think nowhere near match fit. Probably a few u-21 games for him first.
Guest antz1uk
I've always said I'd prefer to try santon at right back. Think him and Ben arfa would link up well. Debuchy is not the answer I'm afraid and while we got santon I always thought we should have got a left back rather than a right. Whoever said Anita at right back is a waste is correct. Far too much to offer in midfield than sticking him there.
thenige
I don't want to see Anita right back particularly but he'd be positionally sound there IMO. You can see his intelligence in his play on sat, dropping to fill gaps left by CB etc. Would be immediately targeted in the air, seemingly long gone are the days of Alan Wright's and mini-full backs. Last thing we need to do now he's starting to look settled is move him into a new position.

Vurn being 5.6.

If we put him right back we revert to hoofball again or Tiote being caught in possession as he'd be the deepest of our midfielders. I'd rather see Santon at right back and Dummett at left back personally.
AyeDubbleYoo
TBH, if one of our midfielders is going to be dropped it should probably by Cabaye. I would keep Tiote on the bench for now though.
