Not good enough for Joe but good enough for Inter Milan! Unbelievable!

Several reporting he is going to aye

Ah well... forgive me for feeling apathetic about the whole thing.

Good for him, like. He managed to avoid a circus of a club.

 You never heard of Inter then?

Barely seen him play. Genuinely good enough or someone we were right to miss out on?

Mixed reports tbh. End of the day he probably wasnt better than Saylor/Colo/MYM and wouldnt have wanted to sit on his arse doing nowt instead of Williamson. I am sure we would love to pay big wages for that to happen too. Still lets get angry we missed out on a player we werent in desperate need for, not like we have actual pressing issues with the squad

Tbf he did sound like the sort of centre back we are missing (tall and physically dominant) but it might have been difficult to juggle 4 centre backs of their quality even if Saylor is no doubt going to miss half the season.

Relatively comfortable with Williamson at 4th choice, he has shown he is okay when getting the odd run out. It's when he is playing as many games as our first choice centre backs it becomes a problem. Hopefully with MYM here and now having some experience under his belt we should be better equipped. Still shouldn't have sold Perch mind.

We also have a fully fit Hatem (Ben Arfa), four fit centre-halves and suddenly there are more options than we had for long periods last year.

The centre-halves is an area I'm particularly happy with. We have four experienced guys and Mapou (Yanga-Mbiwa) in particular has now had six months in England is looking terrific.
